  THREE TIMES IN ONE MONTH THEY TOLD ME I WAS SHORT $100 IN MY DEPOSITED MONEY ENVELOPE!😠 you can be sure I counted my $$$ CAREFULLY after the first time!! THERE'S A THIEF THERE❗ wonder where else they may have stolen my $$$ 🤔 SPFD OFFICE. TIME TO CHECK OUT!! TD bank has much better hours so i don't have to deposit cash $$$ via envelopes.

  Don’t use the night drop box..:every time I have used it my payment is ‘late’ charging me fees because someone isn’t doing their job.

  Who ever thought that acquiring a mortgage could feel so stress free? That’s the seamless experience that I had working with Michael Kelly.   Arrha is hands down the worst bank I’ve dealt with. They never answer, they never call you back and on top of that how does my debit card all of a sudden stop working. When I call to see what’s wrong apparently here’s no record of me even having a card with this bank. Manifestation at its finest, I’ll be taking all my funds out of there first thing in the morning...hopefully I can get someone to answer.

  Where must I start!!! Should I tell you about the professional service Michael Kelley offer indeed it is. I did a refinance on my home with the arrha credit union they offer great and professional service ..Michael Kelley is very professional and attentive to any questions i have to ask and it was a worry-free process. Great work!

  I would absolutely recommend Micheal Kelley to anyone looking for a non-stressful mortgage process. Michael went above and beyond to make sure my family and I got the house I loved!!!! I love!!!!! He was always available to answer my questions even if they seemed a lil crazy. Lol. The whole process took about 30 days and we was in our new home!!!! Enjoyed my experience with him truly. If you are looking for the right Leander and you are reading this go with Michael. You will not regret it!!!!!! Thank you so much Michael!!!!!!!!

  I was referred to this credit union by a friend of the family. I dealt with a gentlemen name mike Kelley. Honesty. Coolest guy I’ve ever met. Super professional. Super honest. And always looked out for my best interest. Wasn’t pushy. And being new to the process I had a lot of questions and he went over and beyond to make feel comfortable and knowledgeable. Great guy and great credit union. Definitely going back for a mortgage when I’m due.

  I worked with Michael Kelley on a mortgage loan. He was wonderful! He basically held my hand throughout the entire process. I found him, as well as every employee at Arrah that I spoke with, to be welcoming, friendly and patient with all my questions. I highly recommend Michael and Arrah for all your financial needs.

  Michael Kelly was a pleasure to work with. He is a genuine person who will take the time to sit down with you and answer any questions you have. In my case it was a home equity loan and the process was seamless and painless. Michael was always available whenever I had questions or concerns, and he even drove to my house when I wasn’t available to leave so I could sign paperwork to get the loan moving quicker. When it got to the next step, the retail loan processor, Abbie Urbon, was equally as friendly and professional and always there to answer any questions. I will recommend AARHA to everyone that has banking needs in the future.
