  Couldn't tell you every one of my negative experiences with this bank but would I can tell you is that this is the least friendly least professional at least helpful banking operation I've ever seen The only thing less appealing than their horribly set up mobile app is actually having to talk to these people who could not care less about you better off keeping your money in briefcases scattered around your hometown

  I can always rely on quick and courteous service at this bank. The wait time is not long and the staff have always been hugely helpful. Strongly recommended to anyone who's local.

  I had a bad situation in the state I reside in, so I jumped on the highway to my born State Springfield Mass, Peoples Bank, took 15 minutes to handle all my business I was so pleased and grateful to the staff for their hospitality, great business it's a pleasure doing business with you

  Everybody here is super nice and very helpful as well. Parking is no issue and there are rarely any long waits to speak of.

  Called 36 min before closing CONSTANTLY back to back with no answer AT ALL. Not a reliable bank AT ALL
