  The name people's bank is entirely misleading and invalid this bank will take whatever it can from your account and any situation it can regardless of your circumstance would not recommend to anyone better off keeping your money under your mattress

  Staff always friendly and fast. Drive thru can be a little slow but to be expected. Sarah at the 16 Acres bank was awesome when she walked me thru getting my phone equity!! Plus they are a locally owned which makes it when better than the impersonal chains

  I recently moved out of state and being at another bank has really made me appreciate and miss PeoplesBank. I would frequent the Sixteen Acres Branch where everyone was always so friendly, attentive, professional and helpful. The branch was always clean and inviting. I would highly recommend them!

  Jared Sundberg of People’s bank was extremely helpful throughout the entire home loan process. As a first time buyer, he walked me through every single step, from deciding whether it was the right time to following up with me until I was ready to take the leap. The application process was seamless and I feel that he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable as well as knowledgeable.   thumbs down to the drive thru process. 👎🏼This is an customer service area in need of improvement. It doesn't appear to be managed. I waited ten minutes and no one responded to my sent item so I had to park and go in. There was only one customer in the bank and 3 tellers so I am not understanding the lack of attendance. The teller was apologetic after I told her to turn around and look in the transporter. Please note I have experienced this before at this location. Will stick to online payments.

  If you are looking for the ultimate banking experience, the Peoples Bank team at this location is unlike any other. They not only make me feel like I am important but go out of their way for me every single time I walk in. Would Never go anywhere else!

  Horrible service!!! I asked for a coin order and I have an account with this bank and they refused because I was getting coin for my job and my job doesn't have an account. This is the only branch that has such poor service in my opinion. Never going back there. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this branch also.
