  I have recently opened an account here, the customer service within the branch was perfect, I got exceptional help from Josie. The staff over there are very friendly 5 stars. But, I am giving a 2 star rating based on the online experience and mobile app, everything seems complicated especially if I am making a transaction online it will not go through unless I call and verify with the phone banking which is closed on weekends so don't expect to buy online during weekends! I appreciate the security but there are other ways such as OTPs that can be sent to the registered mobile or email. Also the interface of the e-banking system is very outdated and not user friendly. ***** It wasn't expected to get a call, its great to see actions are being taken, as mentioned above the staff are professional and great service. I hope that they'll update the online app or system with security mechanisms such as OTPs and Authorization texts for local or international transactions rather than having to call phone banking.   The tellers here have always been more than friendly and courteous. Put a smile on my face every day! They are efficient and have always treated my business and me very well!

  Went in to deposit some cash I was given for repayment of money I loaned a friend. I asked teller about options such as CD & opening additional savings I know they open new types of accounts recently and that’s great. Well I don’t know if I caught her just on a bad day or from looks of her looking at your watch the end of her shift. I been with Great western bank for nearly 10 years I’ve never had such a rude teller like I experienaced at this location. 👌🏻 Great bank just choose another location then this one.

  This particular location used to be our favorite. Sad to say that the service has gone downhill. I also don't appreciate the drive-thru being closed a couple minutes early when all I have to do is drop off a check. It is not likely that my clock was off. Especially since the expression on the face of the person who pulled in after me was one of discust.

  Called to verify funds and the teller on the phone was courteous, prompt and efficient. Excellent customer service!
