      Currently in the bank now. There is a long line on a Friday afternoon. There’s multiple workers here but only 1 person working behind desk. Also, drive-thru is closed for what reason???? Do better! Looking a bit lazy in here. Customers walking straight out

      PROS: Opening an account online is simple. I like the mobile app CONS: Only open until 4pm and not open at all on saturdays The depoit holds are outrageous if you cash like a $500 check none of it is available right away and only part of it is available the next day. I made a deposit on 07/01 and most of MY MONEY wont be available to me until 07/07 this is ridiculous and im about to close my account because of this. All in all im not happy with bank of america, if they would fix the deposit issue it would be a much better bank and get much better reviews

      Not impressed with the branch, I had to drive 2 hrs to this bank to get my account unlocked and the assistant manager was very rude and that's an understatement. She told me she had to walk away from me to stay calm, very unprofessional! I'll be making a complaint once manager is back in. Be careful doing business with Bank of America this has been a horrible experience!!

      My mother died and I closed her account but just got an email saying her bill is ready to pay. I’m so upset with Bank of America!!!!!

      They have poor customer service. Drive thru always closed, takes 30 minutes inside to make a simple deposit.

      Waited 10 minutes in drive thru to be told to go to inside… and waited another 30 minutes to be helped. This place does not have enough staff. Especially when needing help with a business account.

      I would’ve given no stars but I gave one star so that they would allow me to write a review. I wanted to open an account and called them multiple times, I don’t even know what they do in there regardless of these many comments stating that they don’t answer calls. I’m just gonna go ahead to Wells Fargo. Not gonna waste my time here!

      Good luck getting someone to answer the phone at this local branch. Online they don't have any chat option. You have to go into the bank for any question that doesn't fit their cookie cutter options online or the automated phone answering service.

      I couldn't believe the bad ratings this bank has, but is true. If this had to be my local branch I would not have an account with Bank of America. Not welcoming, a little bit rude and understaffed.
