  I switched to Two Rivers Bank about a year ago. It's always hard to switch however they promised great service and low to no fees. So here we go. Igor was my contact and Africa is usually my contact at the teller line. AMAZING and they do not disappoint! I have 7 accounts with them ranging from personal, business and for my father who I care for. Online banking is super easy and what makes it better. The online app. I can see ALL my accounts in one screen and one user name and password to access. Never had that in the past with other banks. I can easily transfer money from one account to another without bugging the bank and at any time of day. The transfer happens ASAP. I'm so impressed with Two Rivers Bank & Trust. I have a real banker I can call and they call back. He has often gone the extra mile and responded on weekends and via text. Good to know, he has a great to to support and help me as I grow. Connected me to a business banker to discuss a small loan and credit cards. I'm never leaving! Thank you!!

  Deposited third party check and does not show on bank statement but have receipts for both march 6, march 18 2021 with check images. The bank manager of westown parkway branch was very rude and refused to make exceptions since I did not know bank policy on third party checks. I have banked their for 15 years.

  My overall experience since my friend referred me to Two Rivers Bank & Trust in West Des Moines, IA has been nothing short of excellent! Definitely a 5 out of 5 stars for banking services.

  I swithced banks to get better service, and in fact that is exactly what I have now! This bank and it's employees have went out of their way to make sure I understand the services I have chosen, and that I feel welcome to ask any questions. They are truly an asset to the community!
