      The staff are extremely friendly when I first came in the bank to set up an account I was unsure about it. At the start I found that they reassured me and helped me from my last terrible experience with One Nevada. Marci, Audrey, Brandon and Laura are all wonderful human beings and I recommend you go to the branch, it's worth the drive!

      I really appreciate the level of professionalism and the customer-first mentality shown at Great Basin. I've been with them for a few years now on car loans and I'm considering moving all of my banking over to them. I recently bought a car and the term I wanted wasn't offered at Great Basin so I went with OneNevada Credit Union. BIG MISTAKE. They're terrible compared to Great Basin and I'm doing everything I can to figure out how to get it over to Great Basin instead. If you're looking for a good Credit Union, you have found it!

      So I put in an application for a credit builder loan which is kinda like a secured cc. Once my application was sent a representative was suppose to call in 24hrs and finish the process well 3 days had past and I called today only for them to say I did not have enough line of credit basically little to no credit be approved for the 300.00 I was asking for. I said thank u and hung up. Is it not the purpose of a secured cc or a credit builder loan to help build and repair credit! WTH Great Basin and they did a hard inquiry on and brought me down 3 points. False advertising for poor people just trying to build credit

      Been with GBFCU over 1 year. At first service was great. Today I went in and asked to speak with a banker about credit products. The teller just said I could apply on the Kiosk/tablet. A banker walked by and asked if I needed help. I was having issues trying to upload my stubs. I said "This is why I wanted to just sit down with a banker and go over my options." She said "I'm a banker and I would just go through the same process." There was nothing personal about my interaction today. I no longer feel like I "Belong". I just wanted to talk to a banker. The computer isn't going to recommend the best option for me. To be completely honest when I was with Wells Fargo I had more personal interactions then this. If the APY on my account wasnt so good I'd go back. If any bankers are reading this just realize that the Kiosks and tablets are taking your job. You are letting it happen.

      Great customer service. Clean banks very efficient. The best bank I've ever did business with. The tellers at all branches are really efficient and really nice. Thank you all for a great banking experience .

      If I could give zero stars I would. There ATM stole my money and wouldn't give me my cash back and the people in the store refused to fix it. Very rude and unprofessional
