  Didn’t realize it but this branch is closer to my house than the one on Rainbow and Charleston - and so glad I discovered it today - the girl who helped me deposited my cash was so helpful!! And I talked to her about my overdraft fees and she was so kind to help me out!!! Thank you so much!!! 😃🙏😃🙏😃🙏😃🙏😃🙏

  They gave me a cashiers check that cannot be processed because they printed the numbers on a line. They should’ve known that. It’s taking over two hours of my time. I tried to call and there’s a 30+ minute wait.

  I went online to sign up to become a customer. I received an email that I would need to come into a branch to finalize the application. I went to this location and it was closed. Nothing online was posted that it would be closed during business hours. I was inconvenienced and my time was wasted. I will not finish my application. I will go elsewhere. There are many other choices available to me besides this credit union.

  I have a joint account with this bank for over 3 year's, they reject my atm deposit right before I'm leaving for a vacation. The manager said he can't retrieve the check because I used the drive thru atm. So I ended up having to wait five days just to get the cashier's check back. I can't see any benefits to banking here over Bank of America or Wells Fargo

  This location is closed along with the other one on flamingo. The bank doesn’t take initiative to stop misleading their new clients that are told to come in to finish applications that they’re only a few branches left in town. My time was wasted and I too was extremely inconvenienced.

  This bank has a lot of negative reviews due to a technical issue during covid dealing with their hours of operation however i had a good experience.
