  Skylar was extremely helpful! She was friendly and understanding as I needed a credit card to take my car to the vet. She did everything she could to expedite and get me enough loaned out for the vet trip. I fully recommend going to GoldenwestCU. They have helpful and hardworking employees

  I had a great experience. I was greeted by a radiant smile by lovely Tiffany. The forms were on here desk and all in order. She went through each page giving me useful information and made it so easy and pleasant to complete the paper work. I was on my way before I knew with no concerns. I wish all business experiences were so pleasant.

  This institution stroked me on for nearly 3 weeks with document request after document request. The first manager Kia Peterson quit before finishing my file. The next person was nice enough but did nothing to finish the loan request. Jeremy the manager said he would get back to me by the next day-I heard nothing. In my frustration I visited Mountain America CU-they took about an hour to approve and fund my loan request. I will never go to Golden West they obviously do not know how to serve a small business.
