  When I first became eligible for Medicare last April, Cassandra Clairmont assisted me in selecting a supplemental policy suited to my needs. She was very helpful, friendly, and took plenty of time to answer my questions. After the first year I was on that policy, it was discontinued. I reached back out to her, and once again she helped me find a suitable policy. She seems to take a genuine interest I’m me and my needs, and you don’t always get service like that. I truly appreciate all her help. Thank you, Cassandra!

  Brenda Larson was very helpful to me when I needed to replace my Medicare supplement that was no longer offered. She showed me a variety of plans that I qualified for and settled on one that suited my needs very well. She has made herself available to help answer my questions and her thorough knowledge of these many plans has been appreciated. I would highly recommend her expertise in matters of Medicare supplement plans.

  Very helpful in finding a Medicare plan for my grandparents who both have Alzheimer's. They also assisted with my parents Long-Term Care insurance. The nice thing is that this company has access to all the insurance carriers, they're able to help you with the one that is best for an individual's situation.

  Hello, I wanted to write about an employee here that went above and beyond to help me with my plan through goldencare. Obviously anytime someone uses an insurance plan it’s not normally a good point in their life. Given my work schedule I had all kinds of trouble getting a hold of someone and having a smooth process. That was until I talked with an employee named Courtney she understood my situations from working nights previously in her life. She went out of her way to contact me before and after her work hours to help the process on my case. It was really comforting knowing someone has gone out of their way to help a customer on their own. Stellar service and I would most definitely recommend goldencare to those that have different insurance needs.
