It was good to know if I had any questions or concerns they were very prompt getting back to me. Upfront and honest assessment and explanation of things I didn't understand was definitely appreciated. I highly recommend for anyone who is in the market of refinancing. Easiest 5 star I've given!

  If you need to finance a new home or refi. your home. Give Kris Richard a call. She was extremely easy to work with. Kris is very knowledgeable, energetic, and had my best interest in mind. I’ve boughten and refinanced homes in the past and felt like just another number. Kris will give your that personal touch and will return your calls right away. Kris persevered until she found me the best mortgage for me. Kris really kept me in the loop.
