      It was by chance that I ran into William Tong. After moving out of my condo in Arcadia, I was looking to sell or rent out "the home" that had remained in our family for 25 years. After looking for the most cost-effective options such as Help-U-Sell and other realtors, William looked out our condo and gave me a few suggestions to enhance my condo's value. After speaking to my wife, we decided that we would give William a chance to be our listing agent. He was patient with us during the remodeling process and was always very professional. He responds extremely quickly to text messages, emails, and voicemails and addressed our concerns with utmost professionalism. Once we listed through MRMLS, he conducted an open house that first weekend and we received numerous offers above market value and above our asking price. Instead of opening escrow, we decided to lease the condo instead. We continued to get offers after the property was taken off the market. We asked William to help us lease the property. He found 2 wonderful tenants that appreciated the hard work, thought, and love that were put into the condo over the years. I highly recommend William for his enthusiasm, knowledge, and compassion.
