      It’s 2:00 PM on 4/13 and no one else in the bank and I needed to send a wire to my daughter tuition and I explained to Manager Marlene that I already tried to wire with my mobile App and it said funds would be available on 4/27(2 weeks for an electronic wire?? Is this still 2022?) which wouldn’t work and she stated all the bankers are “busy” with appointment and I can wait until 3:30 to send the wire.. I have to say terrible service but I can’t cause I didn’t receive ANY. Never going into this branch again.

      When we go to this branch the service is not good. They don't want to print out a few check images. They don't want to notarize (I had to go to Bank of America). I have to go to another branch because they cannot make a wire transfer. They take my phone number for a mortgage representative to call me, but no one ever calls... etc

      Come on Management! 7 people in line. I’ve been waiting 10+ minutes just to ask a question. 2 tellers. One lady on computer, behind tellers. Need more help please!

      Do not recommend anyone coming here. It's the worse location ever! Very slow and employees are careless about customer service.

      Paul Chang was very helpful explained financial benefits and IRA for my 20 year old son. He really cares about best options for customers. Also opened a new account for me in about 12 minutes. Great unparalleled services

      Would give this place negative stars, not cashing my check because it is not "registered" making me wait 20 mins. Back again after two weeks and my next paycheck was un "registered" this place is shady , fraud probably going on, what is the teller doing with my identification and Debt card while they have me wait....

      Terrible location. The parking is overly crowded and the staff here are especially rude and unwilling to cooperate with customers. The Asian guywho use to work here, however, is the OG.

      Bad experience,that staff gets on his high horse.The worst service in the bank I've been to.I think he should improve his professionalism.

      The employees were very polite, but one of the guys in charge was very rude. He literally began arguing with me. Horrible service.
