A User1When you walk into this branch you may have the feeling that you're in China. They seem to prefer the Chinese language here instead of English. So, if you speak English, you'd be SOL. But that's not surprising since Arcadia itself has been taken over by the Chinese. It's difficult to conduct banking business at this branch if you don't speak Chinese! On top of all that, the bankers, the tellers, and the managers are all too incompetent to earn my trust or my business! Customer service here is an classic example of what a failing business may look like. They can only go in one direction: down! And that's where the entire US Bank is heading, joining the fate of Sears, Circuit City, and Washington Mutual.

Edward Xi1needed some help with my checking's account and went to this branch, after hearing my question, an employee, an old lady, just simply told me she didn't know the answer, thus, she couldn't help me at all, and let me go back to the branch where I opened my account... I was shocked there. That's the way how they treat their customers by refusing to offer any help to those who do not open accounts in their branch, instead of asking somebody else or trying to find a solution...... WELL DONE!

CA Autoglass2The bank don't accept my credit card payment by check. The manager ask me to mail the payment. What the hell this Branch need to be there. Anywhere U.S.bank is so bad in customer services.
