  Do not do business with this company they are not here for you waste of time. They will give you the go around very stressful. One year after closing they sold my loan to another company which has bad reviews. Now I am going to have to refinance. Do yourself a favor and stay away !!

  Marcus, William, and the entire team were absolutely amazing! I can't put into words how much my husband and I appreciate their hard work, transparency, and availability. We had zero delays in our closing on their part. The only delays that we experienced were from our builder. I highly recommend Gold Financial Services!

  Probably one of the worst experiences, my wife was bamboozled with his slick promises. Almost 7 months to close and still are not finished. I would be careful to go with him or his company. We even had to get a cleaner involved in the problems still existed in the closing process. Not transparent and not accessible. Putting in a report into the better business bureau as a complaint. The overall experience was like going to a dentist that was unprepared and not truthful and had you go through procedures over and over. Be forewarned.

  THE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. We are excited to share our buying experience with Jay Esquivel of Gold Financial. By first talking to him, we learned that this is the guy to trust. He’s sincere and friendly and doesn’t hesitate to share his extensive knowledge through the home buying process. His heart is in customer service, not just making a sale. Our buying process was very unique, so it took a while for us to get our resources in line. Mr. Esquivel had the patience to work with us as we took care of personal items that reflected the purchase. I just don’t see any other person taking the time to help us the way Mr. Esquivel did.   From a Sellers standpoint Crystal Q. was awesome very professional , delivered updates quickly and she closed our buyer way before the contract date ! Highly recommend her for anyone looking to purchase a home; I know definitely we will be sending her more of our buyers in the near future...
