  I cannot express how grateful I am to have worked with Jessica Hernandez (Loan Officer) to purchase our first home. Jessica was professional, patient, attentive, and always answered our questions, she was always a phone call or text away.The process is not easy but she made it feel easy.   Jessica Hernandez at Cross Country made this process easy, enjoyable, and extremely fast. I was able to find my dream home and close on it faster than I could imagine possible. Jessica would respond to all my questions and concerns immediately and thoroughly. There is no one I would trust more than her. I am completely pleased with the process.

  I'd give 0 stars but I can't. This service and experience was horrible from beginning to end. No communication. Asking me for documents last minute when these were things that were known and should've been taken care of right away. Losing paperwork. asking me for things I had already submitted. Asking if I had already signed things. I understand things get busy but this is literally your only job. At least do it well. Oh and they also decided to go with an insurance company I had never spoken to or signed anything for, after I had already given them the insurance I chose and signed with. They have yet to find any documentation with my signature with this homeowner's insurance they decided to bind with my file. I tried getting a hold of the loan officer Josue Lopez and he did not return calls or emails. Then when asked, Aaron ( his assistant) admitted to "overlooking" it and attaching the wrong insurance binder to the file. Literally one job, and they can't even do that right. Stay far away from this company. Go with another one.

  Exceptional service. Hernan & Jaime Mireles were amazing in helping us purchase our first home. With how the market is these days, it helped to have work so quickly. Sent in all necessary docs and we had pre-approval same day, we already had a house in mind, and we closed within 30 days!! So amazing, thank you guys so much!

  I highly recommend Jerry Gonzalez (Mortgage Broker)!!! He was extremely helpful and was available when I had any questions at any time of the day. Mr. Jerry is extremely knowledgeable and knows what he’s doing! This is my first home and was very nervous about the whole process. Mr. Jerry was always polite, courteous and very professional. I can’t thank him enough for making this happen for me and my son and will definitely refer him to my family and friends looking to purchase a home. Seriously guys he’s the real deal!

  I truly recommend Cross country mortgage our loan officer Gerardo Zapata was AMAZINGLY GOOD he helped me every step of the way from beginning to end .staff was very friendly as well . Blessed to have HAD the opportunity to have our dream Home thanks to this GREAT company . if you need help finding or financing a home . go to Gerardo , you won't be disappointed !!

  WORST home buying experience ever. Stephen Steakley Mortgage Loan Originator Regional Branch Manager was DISHONEST on many occasions. Very shady. Kept asking us to back date documents so it would look like it got sent on time to us when it had not. Could not give straight answers and showed himself to be very cheauvinistic (kept only responding to or emailing my fiancé, kept condescendingly explaining mortgage process to the female realtor who had plenty of experience working in mortgage industry). Flat out lied to the realtors about us not communicating with him-which is really ignorant when I have email threads to prove we did. Delayedour closing and almost cost us the loan and the house due to his lying and lack of communication. We lost lots of time at work and literally ran all over between Austin and New Braunfels trying to jump through hoops to salvage his mess. Run for your life from this joke of a business and their shady employees. Lesson learned. Big time.
