  We received exceptional customer service with Lilly at Gold Coast! She answered all of our questions regarding a car loan and helped us navigate completing the documents required by the bank. Lilly was extremely patient, and responded quickly to emails and phone calls. We would not hesitate to ask for Lilly again if we need any type of loan in the future from Gold Coast Credit Union. She was great!

  I do not know why Gold Coast changed their Gold Coast Member connection system that was clearly working to having you call in when this system does not work and they do not answer the phone. This is just one more hectic process to add to someone's life when they have enough to deal with and what are you going to do they have your money. Put the number back as it was.

We understand your position and agree that change can be unsettling at times, however please note that this decision was made based on the limited usage of the automated phone service and the accessibility of more modern technology such as our mobile app, website and live member service assistance.   I got introduced to Gold Coast by my mother, from the very first time I walked in, I have had a very pleasant experience! First person to greet me upon entering the building was Dean, very friendly personality and helped me meet with the person I was looking for. Miriam Medina, was my to go to person, she made sure the process to getting the loan for my car was successful, the was patient, caring, understanding and helped me through the process flawlessly. Then there was Ms. Josephine, another amazing person who took her time to also help me in my time of need, when I felt like I wasn’t going to be able to get my dream car, she came to the rescue! Also I was introduced to the auto advisor Jorge, Jorge was an Angel Sent, when I tell you he was on top of his game and made sure he had my back through it all. In the end, I got my dream car and I have a phenomenal team at Gold Coast who has my back! Thank you to you all!!!

  NEVER EVER USE THIS CREDIT UNION... I am advising everybody to never ever use this Credit Union. While traveling across the country I stopped at this Credit Union to use my Navy Federal Credit Union card and it gave me a receipt for $60 with no cash! When I went inside to file a complaint with Gold Coast Credit Union they told me that it wasn't their machine nor was it their problem! NEVER EVER USE THIS CREDIT UNION... NEVER! ~V.

  I used to love this credit union but over the past year I have had multiple issues with their online site They are always friendly when I call which is about once a week and usually takes about a half an hour. This is so unacceptable. Do not use this credit union, go to I Think Finincial they are very online user friendly

  I applied for a loan recently and it was a really smooth and painless process! Staff was nice and patient with me in explaining all the documentation I would need to help be approved! I would definitely get another loan if/when it is needed!

  Each employee is more wonderful and polite than the one before. Another credit union in the area had frozen my accounts because of incompetence. Gold Coast helped me get the matter cleared up, talked with my out of state credit union, and treated me with great respect and kindness. They couldn’t have been any nicer. Gold Coast has made me a customer for life.

  If I could've give this bank a zero review I would. They seem professional and understanding when you go to open accounts but the 1st time you have a problem you really see how they are. The so called supervisors don't return your calls and if you finally able to reach them, it's a total waste of time. I dealt with the palm springs location and the manager there is unprofessional and uncaring. Look anywhere else but the credit union

  The reviews for this bank are not great but I have never had an issue with them at all they have amazing rates for car loans that you cannot get any where else. They are a little updated when it comes to their app but they are working on it.
