  John was such a pleasant person. I am so happy we chose him to do our home inspection. He was very detailed and thorough with his work. He responded to calls and emails with any questions quickly as well. We also had our report before the day was over with that included pictures and what needed to be fixed. I will definitely he telling everyone about John and how pleased I was with choosing him. If I could give his business 100 stars I would. Thank you John!!

  John was great from start to finish. He responded to my initial email very quickly and walked through my concerns on the phone. His scheduling process was easy and provided email verification when set up. Best of all, his inspection was very thorough and he explained what he found and where he would recommend specialists should get involved. Later that day, he emailed a great report that included his findings, recommendations, and pictures with arrows highlighting concerns. Overall an efficient process and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Amelia home inspection to anyone in the process of buying a house.

  My wife and I got the the house inspection just in time. While John was already there doing his job. While for my realtor not showing up at all, John was patient and was very attentive on trying to help us get inside. He was able to get in contact with the selling realtor, getting the code for his the key to get inside. John was very nice and descriptive. He pointed out everything thats was major and even the little things. He also explained how it can be fixed and what should we upkeep . Very pleasant experience with him. Finally, his report was very descriptive with charts and pictures. It was really easy to follow and understand. I would definitely recommend Amelia’s Home Inspection. Really got price as well.

  He was amazing. We showed up only about 3 minutes prior to the inspection time and he was already there scoping out the outside area of the house! Our realtor from Cove Reality ended up not showing up to the inspection and John waited for about 18 minutes with us to get the “code” to enter the house; he couldn’t have been more patient and understanding!! Through the time inspecting the house, John explained everything he was doing and what it meant for us as owning the home. He taught us many things we didn’t know and helped us feel even more confident in our purchase! He was also so polite and personable, it was a pleasure having him in our soon to be first home. I would recommend him to all home buyers because I think it would be pretty hard to find someone as well rounded as John. My husband and I are very grateful for him as he made it an enjoyable experience for just and average home inspection!👍🏼😊

  My realtor suggested, I contact John with Amelia’s Home Inspection. He returned my call right away and was very impressed, he inspected my new home right away. I was able to schedule the inspection, e-sign, pay, and view my report all on-line. During the inspection, he went on the roof, in the attic, checked the furnace and all the basement walls. He even found the Palmer Valve in the floor drain. He let me follow him and explained everything. I received the report later that evening, it was really easy to follow. The 360 photos were amazing! Thanks John, I will recommend you.

  John is a true professional-- extremely thorough, detailed, and organized. He was very responsive and patient in explaining the details-- a great communicator. The inspection report was also clear and the photos were well taken. I wasn't able to be there in person, but the 360-degree view photos made it seem as if I was there with him during the inspection-- very impressive. He was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to work with him again!

  We had a home inspection and radon testing done by John from Amelia's. John was professional and easy to work with. He identified areas of concern and explained clearly what the issues were and what his recommendations were.   Prior to the inspection, John was easy to communicate with and was able to place our Radon test early so that the results were ready at the time of the inspection. He was VERY thorough with the home inspection and explained everything in terms that we were able to understand. Afterward, he sent us a detailed inspection report that allowed us to easily communicate with the realtors and seller. I highly recommend John for as a detail-focused home inspector that is easy to work with.
