Luis Andino1Brad totally messed up my account 🤦🏽♂️ i got a chance to talk to him today and he seemed un remorseful to say the least.he cost me a hard hit on my credit and messed up my business account application. He would call and never leave a message. I take my banking extremely seriously. It was obvious brad didnt take it as serious as i do.as luck may have it i found juan at the waukegan branch who was able to help immediately and efficiently. No rushing me out, just great customer service AS IT SHOULD BE! normally id say people make mistakes but, the fact i didnt even get an apology really puts this chase banks branch customer service outlook into perspective. Im just glad I was able to get the situation taken care of. Hopefully moving forward I won't have these types of issues now that i have a competent banker on my side.

matt yates1I would give chase a zero if I could.... They rejected my 10000 doller it's income taxes without a 3 day review and lied to me twice saying the taxes would pay for the lil debt and send a cashier's check... Chase as a whole is trash and that's an understatement ..... I'd rather use any other back or banking service.... And this happened all in one day 🚮

Devora Alejos3Chase closed by branch after more than 14 years I am a customer. I get it that many people do this online, but if you were prepared and got us alternative deposit box that would be nice. Now we need to run around and wait on a waiting list.

Cracker Johnson1This bank shows no loyalty to there customers at all. As a matter a fact they like to basically accuse you of fraud when you try to deposit and withdraw some of your check from. A 401k loan from a financial institution bigger than them . They want to make me wait 7 extra business days so they can check the authentication of the whole transaction. 10years a customer.......... Needless to say I will 3700% be taking my checking elsewhere. Besides they are more concerned with closing locations and non-working atms these days .

Peter Tomich2Literally a 1970s banking experience. Google please remove the drive thru hours. There is no drive thru. Building does not physically have a drive thru. Has very limited hours (5PM close, good luck if you have a job). The ATM only carries $20s; there is no lobby ATM as the building is very old and doesn't have a lobby. All the Chase branches in the Kenosha area are very old and offer limited services.

Philthy D1Used to be a great branch. After 20+ years of banking with chase, they cancelled my bank account for no reason. Never any overdrafts or other issues. C-YA!

Wild Card (Wildcard)1This branch had some great people but Chase kept cutting back everything i liked about them until finally it was time to close my account. Found a wonderful new place, best of luck non-coin-counting, no credit help, anti-bank-teller system.

Ryan Lemke3This bank is by far always making changes to try and be the leader in banking. Many people do not like change although we all have to it. I do agree with other people that Customer service is lacking. I understand its not the employees fault that there is a line of people and 5 windows to choose from and only 1 or 2 open. They have made it hard to even do simple things like coin machine is always down or they don't accept your coins anymore unless they are all wrapped . Seriously ?. I don't understand this.. Your my bank your supposed to help me with banking needs. Instead I feel when I go in that we annoy them somehow or bothered them and messed up the day. I give them 3 stars because everything that actually is automated is great. BUT WE DONT ALWAYS WANT AUTOMATED !! Just because you as a bank trust depositing your paycheck through a whole in a machine outside. Doesn't mean I have to.

Kris Cresco2Very disappointed. I started with this bank several years ago. Decent customer service at that time. The bank has now gone "in a different direction" with no drive thru and very little teller staff. They claim they are not moving away from customer service however there really is NO customer service any longer. Today I went over to the south side branch, it was 604pm lobby closed. I watched as everyone looked at several of us outside as ALL of the ATMs were not functioning therefore we could get no banking done. When the teller came outside to leave I inquired about the atm's she stated they were all down .....sorry. I do think that CHASE has to look at their model of customer service as this in my opinion is not a customer service friendly bank any longer. I am seriously looking at other options for my personal as well as business banking.
