  Our mortgage process was so easy thanks to GMFS, specifically Morgan and Julie. Shopping for a mortgage can seem so daunting and they went above and beyond to make the process as clear as possible. Everything was done digitally with the exception of w few documents at closing. Highly recommend GMFS and their team!

  If you're looking for an honest, hardworking, efficient lender who is "on top" of their clients' loan processing documents, stay FAR, FAR away from Neil and his team. We spent 3 weeks waiting for our buyers' employment verification form to come back from their employer, only to find out that Neil and his team had sent it to the wrong location. Then, they didn't bother to follow up on it until we, the seller, contacted them. The only way we got this form was by having OUR agent go to the buyers' employer to pick it up. Neil couldn't be bothered to gather the information he needed to try and close our loan for weeks. We were told that once he finally had the completed form in hand, we could close our sale IMMEDIATELY. Our lender, our agent, and we were all told this directly from Neil's mouth. Come to find out, that was not actually true. He had to then send the loan back to underwriting for 2 days only for the loan to not come through in spite of him preapproving the buyer. He shirked his responsibilities, pushed blame regarding his screw ups onto anyone else that he could, and he cost us 3 weeks of stress and headache as well as time we could have found another buyer, or our buyer could have located a different lender. He and his team have made this a nightmare of an experience. He is a lying slimeball. If I could give less than one star, I would.

  Best mortgage professionals I’ve used. The Refi w/cash-out they handled for me was probably the fastest and easiest experience I’ve had with a home. From start to finish (cash available to me) was probably two weeks. The only reason it took that long was because my wife wanted to look into options with the cash-out amount. In the end, I ended up with more money and a lower rate than was originally quoted. The closing end of it took literally 5 minutes (Thank you Delta Title). I will Highly recommend anyone I know to use GMFS. They made my original purchase on this house a pleasure, and my refi was even easier. Huge thank you to Neil, Morgan, and Julie.

  I had a great experience working with GMFS on a residential loan. Neil and Julie were super helpful and got the house to closing much quicker than I have come to expect with past mortgages. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.
