  I went in there to cash a check on 5/21/22 and the old lady with glasses on behind the counter was rude as hell. First i passed her the check and she hollars out what is this as if she cant read. So i didnt respond because clearly the company name, and number was on there. So then she proceeds to tell me that she cant cash the check because it had the date if 5/4/22 on it. It over two weeks. The check clearly states it void after 90 days. The 2 white girls that were sitting behind the glass was looking crazy. (If they were black i would say so as well before its said what does color) this is a description if someone goes in there) So then she proceeds to tell me that walmart will probably cash it. Lady you just could have said you didnt want to instead of saying the check was 2 weeks old. Well needless to say i did go somewhere with no problems. I see why i stopped going there years ago. They are only interested in cashing tax checks. I pray i never have to step foot in there again. To each is its own this is my experience. I will say the guy behind the desk was nice and spoke when i came in. This is the Eddies on the service rd off of springhill ave.

  I called in asking for help on canik pistols. Colton was helping me. Lets just say amazing experience very good customer service. Hope to do business with them soon.

  The older lady in there is very rude and they give out crackhead prices this is not a real pawn shop

  Employees were extremely nice and asked right away if I needed help finding anything or if I was just simply browsing. After letting one employee know I was simply browsing she let me be for several minutes until she noticed me eyeballing a pistol that she proceeded to get out for me to hold. The lovely girl that checked me out was also beyond nice, patient, and helpful. I was and still am completely content with this store and it's employees. Plus, the girl that checked out my items for me was the epitome of patient. P.S. She was also extremely gorgeous, lol.

  I just called this place, looking for a left handed guitar. They didn't have what I wanted but whoever I talked to on the phone was awesome. He had great customer service, which isn't very common when talking on the phone. He checked the inventory for me, joked around and even asked me a couple questions. Great guy! He definitely made me want to come by the shop.

  Went and looked at their over and unders. They have an over and under for 1300 dollars while a brand new one is 550 online. Same exact gun. Was very rude when i called about it and rushed me off the phone. Doesnt seem like ill be doing business with them in the future.

  The people there have piss poor attitudes. Think they know everything and will deny they are wrong even when present with FACTS ! Rude a$$ old men hanging out in the show room. Fact is they spread false info or try to spread false info. Should probably find a different pawn shop to do business with some one who actually knows what they are talking about.

  I brought in a pair of solid gold earrings, having already weighed and calculated the value. I was offered $100 even, when they were worth over $240 in scrap. I would've gladly accepted 80%, maybe even 70%, but the young girl at the counter consulted the old man in the office, the proceeded to explain that they use pennyweight, gave me the 80% price per gram as the price in pennyweight, and her math didn't even add up, which would still be about 55% of their value, not the 41% she was offering. That is a shady practice shops attempt to use to confuse uneducated customers to rip them off. Avoid!!!

  I have never encountered such blatant incompetence coupled with equal parts volcanic douchebaggery and vulgar condescension. They lied to me twice, apparently unaware that smart phones are a thing. I immediately went to Pronto Pawn (who they said was closed) and got fast, friendly service. Laptop computers have been around for a large chunk of time. Eddie's is confused by them. Do not trust these morons with anything beyond a hammer. Actually, avoid them completely.

  They sale fake jewelry. Brought a wedding ring and ban which were both fake. They sold it to me for 396 and I went to get them appraised and come to find out they were nothing but fake
