Salome Beler1They need to be shut down. They stole a paid off car. I have the bill of sale and the title to the car. I'm currently in litigation with them, they've ignored all emails showing proof of ownership, they tell me and my lawyer different things when they call me..they also call me a completely different name when I call. DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH THEM..they are just like Santander but worse.

Priscilla “Jeneen” Spivey1I had to put one star to be able to post. In reality I give ZERO STARS! I am trying to wrap my head around why Zurich paid GLS my extended warranty refund and they are holding it for over 30 days when my insurance paid the loan off after I had an accident. I continued to make my payments on time until insuranced paid the claim. Not to mention, I had to get the sales manager at the dealership to call GTL to even get them to acknowledge any of this was even happening. They kept telling me it would be the dealership to arrange my refund and GLS was not involved in any way. That got clarified quickly when the sales manager called and had me on speaker phone. This company is totally has unfair practice.

Expect you to meet expectations during a pandemic. and train you not have a heart to care for others. **THIS IS A SALES JOB** they do not tell you, you will be fired if ppl do not pay their bills as if you can help that. training was horrible and you will be thrown to the wolves during training whether you're ready or not. Company feels time is money no matter your personal life issues...

Lisette4So far so good! I have a repossession on my credit report . They gave me a car loan when NO one else would. Gave me a headache in the beginning with the dang warranty process (minus 1 star for that)but once I got thru that all else was easy going. Payment is the exact amount the car dealer said it would be!

Stephanie2My car loan is with GLS, when I got my car, I was not informed of ANYTHING to do with the lender, except the APR. No where on the paperwork I have does it give me a DATE my payment is to be made either. I got my car 9/1/2018, missed October payment as they said it was on the paperwork I was sent, I never received any paperwork about my payment, when it was due, nothing. This leaves me a month behind ALWAYS, and I've said that multiple times. The only good thing I've had when dealing with them is when I was 3 months behind, I was allowed to defer my payment two months so I could catch up. I had talked to the president of the company or CEO, whoever because I demanded it after the 8+ calls a day harassing me about making a payment. So 2 stars for the only good thing.

Meagan Hilton1This company will ask you for an impossible amount of documentation to verify employment and residency. We provided 6 months worth of pay subs for myself and my fiancé along with phone bills and copies of everything everything except our birth certificates and social security cards. My fiancé is a table games dealer at a casino. If you’ve ever worked for a casino you know...the management and HR departments tend to be a little slow to get things done. The woman who contacted me, Shamika, insinuated that, because the casino didn’t immediately get back with her to further verify his employment, he didn’t work there. I explained to her that it usually takes a day or so for them to get things faxed and emailed. I told her that this was very strange behavior from a lending company and she said “No, we do this with with everyone it’s not just you.” We have another vehicle financed through Chase Auto Finance and we were never hounded and harassed for documentation. In fact they never called us after leaving the Subaru dealership. So, No Shamika, it isn’t standard industry practice. They asked for so much documentation that we began to wonder if they make their money selling people’s information. As an example of how stupid they are, we provided them with copies of both of our driver’s licenses with the same correct address on both and she told me that isn’t enough to verify residency they wanted copies of utility bills. In my state you have 30 days to update your license when you move. So basically it’s good enough for the state but not good enough for this lending company.

Fredd Poole1While Other companies have took the needed steps to protect their employees during this pandemic, GLOBAL LENDING has demanded that their workers return to the office. "Either come in the office or quit i don't care" is the way I felt after maagment made their position known They're shown they don't care about their workers. The workers at GLOBAL LENDING have proven the job can be done efficiently & safely from home but GLOBAL LENDING isn't interested in the opinions and needs of their staff. Finding affordable daycare has been a huge challenge for parents at GLOBAL LENDING but these concerns fall on deaf & uninterested ears.

Tim Estes1Do not apply to this place. What disturbs me is that they are constantly running adds to fill the same positions. Are they not training their people? Are they not supporting their people. I applied to a job opening that was supposed to be filled due to growth only to find out they had four employees termed for the position within a year. Don’t walk away! Run Forrest Run Away from this place!

Burak Güneş1Do not fall into this guys' trap. My dealership have got approved for me from them and even though we have provided everything that they needed in the credit investigation process. They look my pay stubs, and checks that I receive from the job, they denied my credit application because because they didn't see direct deposits from the job. Even though they see avarage money comes in and out from the account and we explained them that because of the position that I work I receive my pay in multiple different ways, they denied, after I had that I will have to give car dealer back to the dealership. It's ridiculous!!!
