  I’m giving NVR 5 stars solely because of 1 person.Sadly I didn’t have a great experience with the company during the process of our home but I had a Great experience with Stephanie Auman our loan Processer she was dedicated, diligent and very friendly. We found ourselves in a time crunch for our closing date and she was very helpful and actually stayed late at work to help us get our loan submitted on time. Thank you very much Stephanie. I wish I could say the same thing about NVR as a whole.

  Overall I had a great experience with NVR mortgage. Any concern I had they addressed and made sure I was ok. It was times I would call after hours and they would still answer the phone. Marshay was my loan processor and Greg was my loan officer. It’s some days I called them multiple times a day and they always were a pleasure to talk to and put my mind at ease. This is my second time purchasing home and this process was so much better. They made this process worth it. Thank you NVR.

  I can not say enough about how amazing Sandra and Mallory were to work with me during the purchase my home! They worked their hardest to make sure I got the best rate and are always available for any questions I had. I recommend them to anyone looking to get a loan!

  We just closed on our new home and we couldn't be happier!! Being first time home buyers, we were nervous about the process. Jennifer was honest, transparent and all in all just amazing to work with! She answered all of our questions no matter how trivial and was with us all through the process and readily available at short notice to meet with us and walk us through our options. Both Jennifer and Carlie were wonderful to work with and made this process extremely easy and painless! We would definitely highly recommend working with NVR Mortgage - Greenville SC!

  NVR exceeded our expectations! I would gladly use them again, as they were professional, courteous and genuinely cared. They were very communicative and let us know exactly what was needed and when. In the hustle of bustle of buying a new home, it was nice to not have to worry about the financing aspect of the transaction - knowing the team was supporting us throughout the process. It was a great experience, and would highly recommend the NVR team.

  NVR Mortgage was so helpful during our first-time home buying process. They were transparent with us and were willing to answer all of our questions. We tried comparing other lenders to NVR, but eventually other lenders told us that they couldn't compete with what NVR offered us. They have been so friendly, and trustworthy. We truly had a pleasant first-time home buying experience through working with NVR and having them walk us through each step. Thank you NVR!

  NVR was so great! And they really guided us well. We are forever grateful. They were on top of everything! Not once did we have any concerns of the process, as they were extremely straight forward and clear about everything from day 1, to the last day. They were very specific about the steps we needed to take to get where we needed to be to buy, what we really wanted. They constantly checked in and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had; Even if it was the same question more than once. Vincent and Nadine truly made our experience of buying our first home, a dream come true; including the staff behind the scenes. Especially during such an uncertain time (spring to summer of 2020) they made us feel certain that we would buy our home, and we did!
