  Iv never been treated so well at a credit union. Sara was so friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. They were able to refinance my vehicle at a awesome rate.

  My experience with Wade and Kayla has been exceptional. I'm so pleased with their patience and attention to detail. This is by far the best banking institution in the GVL area.

  Wade Kuhlewind was amazing! He help me with all the questions I had and I had a lot he help me every step through everything it was an amazing experience having someone give me just great customer service. I highly recommend this bank and I highly recommend you see Wade if you have issues!

  When I say Greenville Federal Credit Union was a blessing. Not only them but one person in Particular, Allyson. Not only did she make me feel like a unique individual but as I’m waiting to hear from underwriting about approving my car loan she makes me feel like I’m not the only one that’s dealt with credit issues. She was amazing and then looks at me and tells me I’m approved. Not only did she save me over 13,000 in interest from another bank but she also cut my loan I was going to go with at another bank from 6 years to 4. What an amazing person. It’s been a pleasure banking with such a great individual. Thank you Allyson.

  Great local federal credit union, smooth process to refinance or use their loans. The website takes some time to get used to but enjoy the service and banking. Thanks for all the help Corynn!

  Greenville Federal Credit Union is the best bank I have ever been associated with and I am so proud to say I am part of their family. I had a security issue going on with my account and Kaileigh went above and beyond to help me out. I know they are busy with other people's accounts, but she made me feel like my issue was the most important thing going on. She was quick to answer me and so very helpful. I work during the day and can't get on my phone to call anyone so I had to do most of my communication by the messaging service on their website and she was there every step of the way to help me out quickly and patiently. I kept emailing her and asking questions and panicking about my account and she put me at ease just as if I was standing in front of her. You guys are the best and I would recommend this bank to anyone and have in fact recommended them to a lot of people! Keep up the great work and thank you so much Kaileigh!!! :)

  We are new to the area. Found this bank. Very nice place. But we were mostly impressed with the Banker named Juan Olvera. We were very unsure with how to change banks from CA. And wiring all our funds. He has great patience. He is an asset to the bank.

  The "improvements" made to their website are terrible. Thanks for canceling my transfer payments and for wiping out the bill pays I had scheduled. The link to your credit card has no history of statements and there's nothing to indicate the payment due date on the page. After six years of dwindling customer service, I am closing my accounts. Great job folks!

  I have been banking here for a few months they messed up and deposited my check twice and took all my money without notifying me about it then when I called Megan they lady who helped me hung up in my face because i was agitated about my bill money not being in my savings account. I very displeased and will soon find another bank to take care of my funds for me
