  My name is Jamie an husband Jeff we bought a used van an payed most of van but $300 an had 30 days to pay. We felt with Matt he was super helpful in helping us find what we was needing with what little we had to spend. Got us a van an out of there with in 1 hr an after we finished paying van off had title in one week. Gone back again for another vehicle 👍👍👍👍👍

  Global auto sold my 24 year old daughter who is pregnant and needed a car to get around for her and her baby and horrible car. They charge her 1000.00 for This car told her it only needed 100-200 work nothing major and it was a good car. My daughter brought the car home I test drive it and This car is a piece of crap. There is no head lights she has to drive with beam lights on the car was making a knocking noise it needs wheel barrels,ball joints and has a major oil leak bold tires you have to roll down the window to open the door.. I just can't believe they sold this car like this? They are very dishonest car place is horrible and needs to be closed down. My daughter only has the car 24 hours and can't even drive because the car is unsafe. I call them and they keep giving me the run around won't give her money back or anything.. Becarful buying a car from this dishonest crooks

  I bought a Toyota prius and my battery went out in one week and they had me waiting longer then a month . Every time I would call and see if I could speak to the man that sold me the car they would always have a excuse for why he haves to give me a call back. when I did get a chance to talk to him he would say give me about a week until the ship ment of cars come in to let you know what we can do first thing I told him when I got the car was that I needed a good car for the fact that I have 2 kids he said yes it's a good car no worry on this . Yes its high milage that why I thought it was so cheap but for the battery to go out in less then a week and the battery is around 3000 it's just sad and I don't think it's far to me or anyone else to get treated this way .

  A parent's worst nightmare! This business sold my daughter a huge piece of ____! To date she has had to fix, brakes, wheel bearings, cv joints, muffler, replace fuel tank, u joint, A/C still not working. Appears this vehicle was in a flood, sold at auction, and then sold to a young women trying hard to start her adult life. Take your business elsewhere!

  They posted they had a mini van for 500 dollars and it ran an drove. I waited a couple of days and decided to go look at it. A little over two hours before I went I asked again does it run and drive and is that the down payment. They said it runs and drive's great. I said I'll come and take a look, the salesman said they close at six but be here by five thirty. I arrived around five fifteen to a place that looked like a salvage yard. I also looked for the vehicle in question. I didn't see it and almost left. My curiosity got to me so I backed up went inside and the salesperson said its on the corner and grabed a battery pack. Well less than two minutes later he said they just took it to the car auction knowing I was coming in. SCAM ARTIST AVOID THE BBB WILL BE CALLED ON THEM

  Brought a 2008 Jeep Compass Friday May 7, 2021by Saturday the next day I can't Drive the Car not safe Subframe Rusted only had the Car 3 day's only drove it 1day Called Matt at Global told me the GM wants me to pay for towing and repairs now I'm out of $2,778

  So i went there to purchase the 2012 acadia grey in color put 700 dollars down... Drove it of the lot the same day, didnt even make it home when the motor blew up in it.... They sent it to the shop i got it back a little over a week later and the same night i got it back the check e gi e light come back on so i called they told me to bring it back up there and they would send it back to the shop.... All this time they did give me a loaner car to drive until mine was fixed....so they called me and told me because the owner spent 2500 on another motor for it said he wasnt putting anymore money in to it so then they offered to give me my down payment back which i took.... But i gave them.a rating of two because they made sure i had something to drive while they attempted to fix mine and when the owner refused to fix it they did give my money that i put for a down payment, so that is why i give them a 2 star rating other then that i wouldnt recommend this car lot to anyone but thats just me... And then i lost my job cause i had to call off two days within a week because of this acadia and now they refuse to get me into another car, and the owner hides behind jan and the lady that works in there.... The owner doesnt have the balls to contact him hisself and when they refunded me my money they didnt refund it all so now im waiting on the rest of my refund.....

  We understand there was frustration when the car had issues, we did try to remedy that and repair the car in a few days. However after replacing the engine and additional issues that needed addressed, this vehicle no longer fit into your budget and our deal. We placed you in a loaner while being repaired and offered to find you another of the same vehicle as soon as possible or refund you. You refused the first offer and wanted the refund. We wrote you a check. You then posted this review. Then sent inquiries to our website, came in to demand we give you a different vehicle, texted and called multiple times, harassing the salesperson. We had already refunded you so this was all unnecessary. We were willing to find you another vehicle but you said you couldn't wait. I was willing to try to make something work after you stopped in, but after reviewing your file we found that we needed recent paystubs and other income items. You informed us you had not been working and did not have them. Apparently since before you came in originally. We can't finance someone with no current employment or paystubs. Our lenders require recent documents and verification of employment. In addition your husband was in the background cursing and using derogatory language towards our associate. We try to go above and beyond, but harassment and verbal abuse will not be tolerated. We hope you can find another dealer that will be willing to work with you.

  Go here if you like dealing with sneaky snakes in the grass. Completely misrepresented vehicle over the phone. Arrived to look at it the AC doesn't work the car is dirty as can be with old shoes in it? Every check light is on in the vehicle and the fuel light comes on for a test drive . Safe yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

  Matt was a great salesperson he helped me find me the right car after several inquires about some others and gave me a decent price on it! i will definitely be back to lease!!!!!!

  Awesome little used car lot, they are very friendly and hungry for your business. They CAN do financing, and as it is against the laws of Islam, NEVER charge interest.
