  When it came time to sell our mom's condo last fall, we didn't have to think twice about calling Megan at The Parrett Group. This is the second time we have used her guidance and expertise in selling a home. Megan is an excellent communicator and extremely knowledgeable. She advised us on what repairs needed to be done and presented an outstanding marketing plan. Her recommendations, which we absolutely followed, led to multiple offers and an above list sales price with closing in a weeks time. We highly recommend Megan and The Parrett Group for your real estate needs.

  10/10. 5 stars. A+. 2 thumbs up. However you want measure the experience, I would give Tracy the highest review possible. Being a first time homebuyer, I was completely overwhelmed by the prospect of buying a home and put it off for several years. If I would have known how easy and enjoyable Tracy would make the process, I would have done it much earlier. Tracy was great about not overwhelming with me hundreds of listings, but sending me the ones that she thought would be a good fit for me. And in this climate, she was creative with our offer so that I had the best possible chance is getting the home I wanted. Probably the thing I appreciated the most about Tracy was her communication. She didn’t bombard me with information, but I always knew what was going on and had no trouble reaching her when I needed too. I would highly recommend Tracy to anyone - but especially those who might feel a little overwhelmed by the process!

  I work over seas and had a life changing event back home and had to sell my home. A couple years ago I bought a house unseen and Megan Chambers was highly recommended to us for this purchase as we were ready to move home to Ohio. When life's changes came along and it was time to sell the home I had bought, my first thought was Megan Chambers of The Parrett Group again, reflecting on the great customer service we had received in the past. While living there even after the sale we heard from her and the group from time to time, checking in and inviting us to their events. I really felt appreciated as in the beginning I didn't know many people, me moving from Texas. So, now I'm out of the country having the face selling the home and I reach out to Megan and she was happy to help me sell the home. She had to do a lot of extra work I would reckon as I am out of the country, communicating around the time difference and very patient with me and the circumstances. I highly recommend her and have nothing to share but praise of her outstanding customer service, and the positive "can do" attitude. She helped with reminders of the things needing transferred and canceled with selling the home. Made great suggestions on changes and also had great recommendations on contacts for helping getting things done that I was not home to do. Thanks Again Megan Chambers and The Parrett Group team. You are amazing and allowed me to remain mission focused on my end of the world as the home was sold.

  My husband and I cannot recommend Billy Wemlinger and the Parrett Group strongly enough. We had talked about selling our home of 17 years and upon the recommendation of a friend, we called and scheduled a meeting with Billy. From the outset, it was clear that Billy is straightforward, honest, and hard working. He clearly explained everything about the process so we were never met with any surprises. Billy is so good at his job,that we found our new dream home during the first evening we looked at houses! He then worked equally as hard and efficiently at selling our house so the entire process from pictures to contract was wrapped up in a week. The Parrett Group marketing strategy is by far, the best in the area. Billy definitely alleviated much of the stress that goes into buying and selling a home and we cannot thank him enough!

  My husband and I bought our first home earlier this year and Tracy McDaniel of The Parrett Group helped us tremendously from start to finish.   We met Megan Chambers at an open house while exploring the idea of selling our home and buying a new one and were immediately drawn to her kind and professional attitude. Once we decided to move forward with the sale of our home we contacted Megan who came out and explained the entire process to us. She was patient and willing to answer all of our questions. She was readily available to take us to look at houses. When we found "the one" she helped us navigate the paperwork, inspections and all other details. We were also impressed with the professional photography the Parrett Group used for our listing. No doubt that is what helped sell our home at list price within seven hours of listing it.
