  Telohio credit union is horrible. I was with Columbus Metro which was a much better bank. If I could give Telohio zero stars I would. I have switched all but one account from this credit union and am in the process of looking into another bank for the other. I have visited 3 Telohio branches and it is confusion every time you go in. I still have not been given online access which I will not need because I have been closing accounts. Very sad the city of Columbus lost Columbus Metro and was taken over by this horrible credit union. Don't waste your time with them.

  Worst credit Union ever. They have taken over Columbus metro. Columbus metro had a Visa card but yep Ohio does not. They out a block on my mother’s card even though she made a legitimate purchase. She has spent over 30 minutes on the phone and then we have to go to a branch and wait on a banker to get a block lifted and we are trying to drive 10 hours to Memphis. Worst bank ever!!

  I have never had an issue with my account since switching to Telhio. Aryin at the Grove City branch was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this credit union!

  Had a car loan cosigner and had insurance for death 3yrs later find out insurance was for single payer. Lost record of a check for payment and instead of being a month ahead was listed 18 days late. Late making $15 overdraft payments and they were calling my ex and, other family members who weren't even listed on the loan account plus sending repo people for car even though it was current.
