  We purchased our “forever” retirement home during the pandemic and a raging, hot sales market period. Ginny was a godsend. We were traveling and filling out mortgage and purchase agreement information by text in rest areas. She helped us coordinate the info needed by our mortgage company and, later, at closing, she even contacted our mortgage company to help resolve a serious error made by the mortgage company. More importantly, Ginny became our friend and advisor. She always responded quickly to our questions…and there were many questions! She had no problems helping us navigate our new city and she never made us feel ignorant. We sincerely recommend her as a realtor and a good person.
