  Caliber customer service over the phone is absolutely horrible and doing everything they can to avoid removing PMI from my loan. I reached out to the local branch in TC and left several calls and emails for Helen and others asking for help. I have been completely ignored. So don't be surprised when these folks kick you to the curb the second you sign on the dotted line.

  300k USDA Home Loan Approved for $2500 down!! Listen everyone, you think you don’t qualify, or don’t have enough down, Call Todd Jarred at Caliber Loans! He is an extremely talented man at seeking out your best possible loan for your specific financial situation. I walked into our business relationship expecting to pay over 10k down on a 300k first home purchase with only 2 years of credit history with a low score due to that short history. Also, I just moved to Michigan from another state for employment, so I only had 2 months at my job with a 2 month gap since last employed, but, Todd spent the time to explain my position and point out the positive, such as zero negative remarks or late payments to anyone on my history. He then went on to answer any and all questions asked by the lender, which obviously were allot based on the changes to my life recently, which ended up making the impossible in my eyes, possible. It would have been a lot easier to draw up my loan request differently, but Todd went out of his way to save me the money I ultimately used for new flooring. Todd took the hard road for me, and he will for you!! If you think you can’t get a loan, humor me and call Todd and ask about the first home buyer USDA loans for as much as Zero down. Happy house hunting Team, questions, call, pleasure, experience, professional, options, responsive, information, communication.
