  Norm and Lisa are truly remarkable! I have been in the real estate business for 26 years and I cannot stress how important it is to have a lender who has a complete understanding of all the ins and outs of the lending process. Norm was able to get a buyers credit score raised and loan interest rate down to an all time low of 3.375% during a time when others were raving about their 3.75% with other lenders...and raising the buyers credit score and after my buyer got denied not once but twice, Norm was able to pull this through and get the loan approved... I recommend Norm to all my clients and definatley to all my family.. I trust Norm and Lisa to get the job done in the most professional way...having complete trust in Simplified Home Mortgage. I would not use anyone else. What a wonderful experience EVERY time.. Simplified Home Mortgage is a lender you can trust to get the job done.

  I recently was looking to buy a new home. I originally went to my local bank but wasn't given the time of day because I was going to be an FHA loan applicant. AT first I was discouraged but I Googled lenders with FHA experience and Simplified came up. I read reviews and other than one ....and there is ALWAYS ONE.... I gave them a call... From the very first contact Norm and Lisa gave me direction on how I could qualify and eventually get into an FHA loan. They are Great to work with, emailed or called me as needed with every detail and as of Today I am a NEW HOME OWNER!!! I got an unbelievable rate too!! I recommend them absolutely!!! Thanks again NORM and LISA!!!

  Norm & Lisa did an outstanding job on our new home purchase, from beginning to end it was a little over 2 weeks, so fast it was scary. They anticipated any things that might delay the purchase up front and indeed they were right on the money but we were prepared and supplied the additional documentation on the spot. I don't know how anyone couldn't be completely satisfied by Simplified Home Mortgage, Simply the best. TY

  I telephoned this company today and connected immediately with Norm Clark, owner. I have not yet selected him to represent me, but he provided a number of suggestions regarding refinancing my home. More than suggestions, he actually encouraged me to contact a competitor to enable me to obtain a lower rate!! He offered different strategies to improve my options. I was astounded. I thanked him for answering his phone, rather than the usual "your call is important to us" answering machine, then being put on hold for 3 hours. And having the integrity to offer information about his competition that may be helpful. Now that I think of it, I plan to replace my call without shopping further. I am certain I will obtain the same courtesy and honesty.

  Norm and Lisa were fantastic to work with in purchasing our first home. Constant contact and updates throughout the entire process; going the extra mile to assist in the many questions and concerns we had as first time home buyers. I highly recommend them for anyone looking at purchasing a home!

  Norm and his staff were pretty amazing for me and my family getting into our first home. They were patient with my various attempts of uploading documents, they worked a mortgage plan that worked way better for our family in the financial short and long term, and were generous in reimbursing the appraisal fee given my Veteran status. My wife and I are still amazed at how it all came together, to get us and our two girls under two into a home and location we absolutely love. I would highly recommend Norm to all of my friends and family!

  Norm and Lisa are not only great people but they are running a fantastic business. They make miracles happen, I'm not kidding! They got a clear to close on my house purchase in 5 days and they have gone above and beyond the call of duty for clients of mine as well. Not only are they nice and professional, but so wise as well! I like that Norm loves a challenge and takes it on like it's a mission. Maybe we can start calling them Super Man and Wonder Woman!!!!! I can't say enough good stuff about them! If there is a poor review about this couple, it has to be the client. I have way too much experience with Norm and his company to believe any bad review! 5 stars all the way!

  Norm and Lisa were wonderful to do business with. They made buying a new home a breeze. They were exceptionally knowledgeable and prompt with answering all of our questions and made sure there were no hang ups through the process. Part of their approach is ensuring buyers are pre approved vs pre qualified which is extremely helpful in ensuring a fast and trouble free closing. In a sellers market having a team like Simplified Home Mortgage on your side is a huge advantage!

  After going through the home buying process with Norm and Lisa, I can’t emphasize enough how important your loan broker is to everyone. I’ve learned that things go wrong when you don’t have the best possible loan broker and trust me, Norm and Lisa are THE BEST at what they do. They’ve been doing this both for like 30 years. I have learned it’s your loan broker that literally get you that house. Every step of the way Norm was completely available to answer any of my questions. My mom is a realtor and recommended Simplified to me after having many positive experiences and I’m so grateful for all their help!
