  The reason for my one star is I have a very good friend who was looking to move from NYC to Monroe county PA and she dealt with Williams from this company. She went seen house to rent and started processing for the house as per William because she sent him her documents . William did not have the courtesy to call , email or text her back to say ye or Ne so unprofessional !!!

  Wasted our time with this company. We drove 4 hours from Long Island, NY to see homes with Rick and he got frustrated and stormed out when we asked why we aren’t seeing the homes he said he would show us. 0 stars.

  They helped us find our home! We had been looking for a house for months!! I contacted Ginger B Realty on a whim, looking for someone local.. the first day we went to look at houses we found one we wanted! They were very very helpful, informative and thorough in filling out the paperwork, making sure we had everything we needed, etc and they helped with the negotiations between us and the homeowner. If we ever decide to sell our home we'll list it with them.

  No stars. I was told by Beatrice(one of the realtor's) that she wasn't going to submitt an application and she'd give me my money back. After looking for the application fee for a day and not being able to find it she promised she would find it. So I waited patiently for a couple of weeks, trusting she never submitted the application because we were moving forward with another rental that I also paid a fee for. When I did decide to bring it up she pretended she never said she wouldn't submit the other application. By far the worst service I have ever received in my life. Please note: had she been honest and just told me it was accidentally submitted and I couldn't get my fee back all would've been forgiven, however she continues to hold up a complete and utter lie and Ginger is standing behind it.

  “All this over $65.” - Ginger B. My girlfriend and I were looking to rent a house in PCP (no other options). We had Beatrice as our realtor. At first, she seemed sweet (I bet every realtor does). She told us she was going to go out of her way for us. We wanted to apply for two places at the time. One on Long Pine, which we barely wanted, and another on Deerfield. Beatrice said that we’re not allowed to apply for two houses at once, which we did not know. This is our first time house hunting, so we were ignorant to the way it works. However, Beatrice, acting as our “friend”, told us not to worry because she’d just sneak both of the applications under Ginger’s nose. We went to the office to apply for Long Pine first. I slept in the car while my girlfriend went inside. She gave them the $65 app fee money and the application for Long Pine. The next day, being stupid, I brought our second application to the office for Deerfield (the house we REALLY wanted), thinking Beatrice would be there. Only Barbara and Ginger were there. I handed Barbara the Deerfield app. She told me that we’re not allowed to submit multiple apps at once. I said, “Then we’re not going for the first house [Long Pine] anymore. We only want to apply for Deerfield now.” We then asked Beatrice not to submit for Long Pine and we wanted our $65 back since we “got caught” by Ginger trying to submit multiple appplications. She told us that it was fine because they hadn’t even processed the first app yet. She then asked if we actually turned in the $65 because she couldn’t find it. Again, my girlfriend gave it to Beatrice the day prior. We explained that and Beatrice said that she didn’t know where the $65 was. The next day she even told us she could barely sleep because she felt so bad. She assured us that she’d give us our cash back when she got the chance and apologized for the inconvenience. We waited. Fast forward to a few weeks later, we bring up the $65, wondering if we’d ever get it back. This is when things got crazy. Beatrice said, “Oh, you don’t remember? You applied for Long Pine and got denied.” We didn’t. We did, however, get denied for Deerfield. Again, this is my first time trying to get a house. Trust me, I WOULD REMEMBER getting denied twice. So we explained this wasn’t the case and reminded her that we didn’t submit that app and that she said she’d give us our money back. She stuck by her “you got denied” story. She told my girlfriend when she got upset about the ordeal that she was just mad that we got denied (which was extremely unprofessional). This turned into an argument. Afterwards, my girlfriend wrote a review on here explaining what Beatrice did to us. Ginger then got in contact with my girlfriend and told her that if she didn’t take the review down, they’d take legal action against us. She threatened to sue us over a REVIEW. My girlfriend, being smart, didn’t take the review down. She just changed it so it didn’t sound like utter slander. After finding this out, I called Ginger and told her my side of the story. She told me that it’s all just hearsay on her end and there was nothing she could do about it. She then told me that SHE was the one that submitted the Long Pine app. I told her that we never consented and reminded her that she’s not even allowed to submit two applications at once. She had nothing to say to that. She eventually laughed at me (again, unprofessional) saying, “All this over $65.” THAT’S MY HARD EARNED TIP MONEY! I even explained to her that Beatrice was going behind her back, making unprofessional business moves. That it was her idea to do two apps, even whispering to me in her office so Ginger wouldn’t hear what she was doing. She replied, “Well, that’s how she does business.” Ginger eventually hung up on me. All we wanted was for Beatrice to at least be penalized for this. Yet, Ginger stood by her side...and we lost out on $65. They’re not bad people, just terrible at business. Wish I could give them zero (0) stars. Too bad one (1) star is the minimum. DON’T USE GBR! USE DNA!

  Great place to go for rentals and to purchase a home. Staff is wonderful and gives you great advice and the reason for the advice given. They know the laws and make sure not only that they follow them but the others you deal with, do as well; within their ability.

  Make sure you look like you have money. Other wise no help from them. They make to much money to care. You would think they would care seeing as they are renting and selling over priced homes in the ghetto of Poconos (Pocono country place).
