  My father hooked me up with this insurance agency when I was 18. I'm now a few decades older and they still are some of the most helpful people to work with. Customer service has changed over the years and many are too bothered to help. Sometimes their willingness to help over the years has slightly frustrating when its a new person and I like to not have to explain myself and work with someone who already knows me. Yet, it shows even the younger, newer employees are helpful, and that I need to be patient.

  Never cease to AMAZE!!! So I've been trying to find time to call to get yet another quote, when I received a call from Tom@Gilles whom was just calling to check in on me and make sure our business coverage was sufficent for this up coming year. Since covid, we both figured that coverage would be good at were it was previously. Took only about 2mins, but I remembered I needed another quote so I asked Tom if he had some time to run some, and yes run he did. It was even near end of office hours on a holiday Friday weekend and yet, he managed to get back to me with a couple quotes... Always willing to go above and beyond :D If there was a button for super awesome even during Covid, it would be broken by now cause of all you all do! Thank you so much for all your attentiveness and dedication!!!

  Gilles Smith Purdum is by far one of the best companies I've ever worked with. When I first went to them I had a pretty straight forward policy but over the last few years I've had several issues and changes come up and they made everything so easy! Matt is always so helpful and on top of things. It definitely speaks volumes about a company when they continue to provide excellent customer service and products even during the messy times. Seriously can't say enough about this wonderful company!

  I compare prices and coverage and GSP is far cheaper in price. I am always able to talk to my agent Tom Gilles when I need answers. He makes sure I have the correct coverage at a good price. Thank you Gilles Smith Purdue Insurance.

  A great group of agents to work with. Toni goes beyond to help her clients. In a time of crisis, I have no doubt that this office will be there to help. They are very professional, courteous, personable and caring. This office does not treat you like a client, they treat you as if your family.

  A couple months ago I was searching for new auto insurance. A friend recommended Gilles Smith Purdum Insurance Agency. I spoke with TJ Gilles who was very helpful during the whole process! He was always available whenever I had questions and always made it as simple as possible for me! Just as my friend recommended to me, I would recommend getting your insurance through GSP! Always there when I have questions and always treat me like family!! If you’re looking for a simple and better way to do insurance, then contact Gilles Smith Purdum Insurance Agency.

  Kim & Toni have always responded within a few hours, not a few days. They let me know when I can get better rates from one of their affiliated insurance providers. And they also followed the "big companies" that offered money back during Covid times with a reduction in premiums. They didn't have to, but I'm glad they did. I'm GLAD I switched from my previous company because when it came time to NEED them for my storm-damaged roof, I wasn't really in "good hands" like the commercials say; they found a loophole to get out of paying out. Unfortunately, right after signing with GSP, I had a vandalism claim. They handled it AS SOON AS I called; didn't put me off and find a loophole to get out of it. That's why I stay with them.

  Excellent service pre and post sale. I felt like my opinion was valued throughout the entire sales process, my rep (TJ I believe?) consulted me on what I was looking for before suggesting any product/provider. I have had to reach out a few times after my policy has been in force and have received extremely prompt and courteous service. I had a good experience and would recommend this group to anyone interested in working with a friendly, consultative group that puts your needs first.

  I recently bought a home and used GSP for both my new Homeowners Insurance and Auto Insurance. TJ was extremely helpful in choosing the right plan to fit our needs, as well as our budget, and was always available for all questions during the process. I would recommend GSP to anyone who is looking for a high touch insurance agency who always make you feel important and appreciated.
