  This was the best experience I have had with a broker, they were on top of everything throughout the entire process. When there were any issues with the lender a path to the solution was clearly laid out. We were able to get the lowest rate with no points and zero out of pocket due to their diligence in giving us the best deal possible. I would highly recommend GI Home Loans and have permanently saved their phone number in my contacts as my go to mortgage solution.

  Coral was great to work with, she made sure we knew everything going on every step of the way. We were able to close the refi even during the pandemic quarantine. We did a second refi with Coral and she was able to lock in an even lower rate for us saving us around $100 per month. I'll keep coming back to GI Home Loans. They are so easy to work with!

  The agent was BQ Tranthien. My husband is retired military. Before we had done ,about a year ago, a refi with another group , and there was so much more expensive added. That I was not told about and when I got the expenses they weren't just a little bit different, they were thousands of dollars different. I should have walked out of it. I should've at least tried some others. We are seniors.9 I have refinanced before as these rates dropped. The best experience I've had is with this group. And they did what they said their reassurances turned out to be true. .I am a pretty sappy consumer. Apparently not last time. But this time I did not have to push to get a responsible realistic deal. It even seemed too good to be true. Whatever group you decide you should be worried. But I do wholeheartedly recommend this agency. And definitely this agent.

  During the pandemic, I found out about them because of a call I received. I hung up not being interested, but then the person was keen enough to grab my attention by saying they specialize with VA loans and are familiar with veterans before I hung up. I called the number back a few days later to get more info... I ran some numbers and decided that a rate reduction after a refinance could save me 500 dollars, 180,000 outstanding balance at 3.75 to a new 180,000 balance at 2.75. Anything lower than 2.75 would be even sweeter. I ran a check on GI Home Loans with the NMLS and a California registry and upon my research, felt confident to carry out the process. It took about 3 months during the pandemic.. I wanted to meet face to face but found out it wasn’t necessary. I live in LA and they’re located in San Diego county.. it was very pleasant dealing with them. I will use their services whenever I want to refinance and am confident in any other of their services and would recommend them to friends and family. They’re professional and courteous. I got my new rate down to 2.75%. Rates are historically low in 2021 and would recommend vets to refinance. I paid zero for refinance fees. What could be better than to get your payment down by a good chunk? You start the process again but with no fees, continue paying what you were before but now more of your pay goes to your principal, and you’ll be done paying the house in a shorter amount of time... as Warren Buffett said to his shareholders in the 1979 annual letter; “Overall, we opt for Polonius (slightly restated): ‘Neither a short-term borrower nor a long-term lender be.’ ” Borrow long on low interest and you have the option to pay off your mortgage if it’s beneficial. If rates then go up dramatically, you could “sell” your mortgage for 70 or 80 % of your balance or simply continue to enjoy a low payment. Your rate is set in stone and will not fluctuate with any other rates... if you haven’t, you should definitely commit yourself to it. Do some research.. I wish you well my fellow service members.
