  Working with Fred is like working with family. My wife and I have undergone two home purchases and a refinance having Fred’s help along the way. Fred is very professional and attentive to our needs through the process and is always available no matter how early or late. Fred is very knowledgeable and eloquent enough to explain the entire process in any terms so the buyer can understand what they are agreeing to and signing. Fred makes the entire process of buying a house as easy as possible on his part knowing that the buyer has enough to deal with with everything else.   I cannot even find the words to express our gratitude to Fred for being by our side during the arduous process of purchasing a home. We were first time buyers and we got into a process that was totally unknown to us, which was very intimidating. However, Fred was there since day one to help us through the process and answer any questions we might have. He was always available to answer our questions and help us understand the market. He always explained in detail every single step we were making and most important kept us in the loop of the progress during the fast closing escrow; which was accomodated to be finalized in 15 days, rather than the original 21 days. I cannot recommend someone better to help you go through this adventure. He help us accomplished a dream! Thank you Fred for everything, you are just AWESOME!

  Fred, is a professional with an awesome attitude. My wife and I just bought a house in San Diego with a VA loan.   Fred is awesome!! We had our former big bank turn us away with terrible rates but Fred saved us. He was able to get us a great rate and help us consolidate debts. We now have rates that work great and allow us to make plans for future improvements. He guided us through the whole process. There were no surprises. We are so grateful for his help.

  NEW REVIEW! Fred just helped us with another refi, he did it in record time! He really goes all out to help his clients, no hidden agenda, no surprises and he seriously goes above and beyond! He just got us a fantastic loan for 20 years and a super low interest rate, we are saving time and especially a good amount of money! Thank you Fred!! Fred has helped me not once, but twice! First time I urgently needed to get a home loan approved fast! I got everything approved in 3 weeks! I signed on my home in 5! Second time, I needed to refi to lowered my interest rate, since I didn’t have a full 20% down payment the first time I got a higher interest, well he made it possible, super easy, fast and stress free!
