  For my home loans Andre Enriques. In 2007 and also 2012 Andre helped me and provided the best loan available at the current market. Andre's professionalism and integrity was reflected in every single decision taken as to what loan was best for me. He found the best loan for me with the best interest. There was never pressure into being put into a loan that didn't fit my financial needs. Andre goes above and beyond. He is not only a loan expert but he is personal and you're just not another client but he makes you feel like family and he is probably giving you the same loan that he would be getting if purchasing a home. I highly recommend Andre for your future mortgage loan(s).

  My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the service Andre provided us. He was very detailed and guided us thru the entire refinance process. We had a very bad experience in the past and were a bit skeptical about everything but Andre explained everything in detail and made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Andre was always available to answer our questions, even after business hours. We will be coming back to Andre when we are ready for our next mortgage loan.

  Andre provided me with the guidance that I needed to put myself into position for home ownership. Andre and his team walked me through the entire loan process step by step with ease. All of my questions were answered immediately. When it came to securing the loan, they did all the work. As a first time home buyer I expected the process to be long, drawn out and grueling. It was quite the opposite. It was quick and painless. We closed escrow earlier than I expected!!! I have recommended Andre and his team to my friends and will continue to do so. Andre and his team are absolutely worth 5 stars!!

  Finding an excellent mortgage lender company is a rarity & almost impossible nowadays! Look no further. Andre and his team are amazingly helpful! Highly recommended. Andre helped me go thru the entire process flawlessly! And he never stops helping me to this day with all of my questions even after close of escrow. So glad I went thru him!

  Andre is a consummate professional. An extremely important trait to me in a mortgage banker is integrity and Andre has it. During the entire process of obtaining a loan, I always felt Andre had my best interest at heart. There were a couple of little hiccups along the way (not Andre's fault) and Andre took care of the problems to my complete satisfaction. He was always easy to contact and he kept me well informed. Andre is friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend him!

  Awesome, amazing and extremely helpful is the best way to describe Mr. Andre Enriques! I could not ask for more! First time home buyer, and Andre was great! Low fees coupled with a great rate and amazing customer service. With me being a first time home buyer, I had many questions, and was always timely responded to, and no question was too stupid. I appreciated the professionalism coupled with support and warmth I received from Andre. By the time it was all over, I felt like I gained a new family member. From A-Z everything was seamless.   If there were an option for 100 stars, that's what I would rate Andre and his team. Andre is very thorough and knowledgeable in his field and I would recommend him to anyone in the market to buy a home. As a Veteran, I was considering going with my credit union but my co-worker referred Andre and spoke very highly of him so, I decided to meet with him. After the initial appointment, I felt comfortable enough to proceed with him and closed on my purchase. He really is a VA Expert! Overall I am very pleased, Andre is the man!

  We were excited to start house hunting but never imagined we would look at so many houses. I won’t lie it got stressful at times but I am glad that was the only stress we had. We decided to use our VA loan and went to Andre Enriques to begin our quest. We hear many things about purchasing a home that you should be aware of but once we met Andre we knew we were in good hands. Since the beginning Andre was on top of everything. Any question we would have he not only answered but made sure we understood. He has nothing but patience and really makes you feel comfortable. Once he got us pre approved he told us what we qualified for and then asked us what our budget was. Even though we looked at so many houses he not once pressured us into looking for houses that were above our budget. He was part of our team. He wanted us to find the home that would make us happy and kept us in budget. No matter what we called for and when we called he was always available. If he didn’t answer he would call back right away. Andre was truly with us very step of the way and even now after having purchased our home he still reaches out to make sure we don’t have questions or need anything. Andre thank you and your team for all your help, We are glad we made the decision of going to you. Definitely going with you again in the future if the opportunity presents itself.
