  Bad customer service. Waited 10 minutes in line only to be told they could not process my deposit because they had a line and I was doing more than one transaction.

  Called trying to switch which vehicle my loan is on after having emailed and received no reply after their "guaranteed" 24 hour window. Attempted to speak to the lending department, but after several holds i was directed to collections if i wanted to surrender my vehicle. I did not want to surrender my vehicle, but nobody i spoke to could understand that apparently. I'll be refinancing with another company and recommending everyone i know avoid gesa.

  Rd 68 location is either always closed throughout the week or atms are not working.

  This is the absolute worst place to get a loan through do not get a loan here at all costs. They can't even send you paperwork on your loan and will not give you any details with out info that's on the paperwork they are supposed to send. I would give 0 stars if I could

  I just switched to Gesa from Bank of America because I wanted a more personal, detail oriented banking experience. Not sure if that's what I am getting with Gesa. None of the telephone numbers listed on their websites actually go to the specific branch. One number was a recording saying, "this number has been disconnected." Their online banking app needs some serious work. Way to simplistic, provides the bare basics of information. Only two months in and they have already messed up an automatic withdrawal payment causing me a fee. Hope things get better.

  I’ve never had an issue with GESA until now. Do not go to the Pasco Road 68 drive through. I waited 50 min with two cars in front of me before pulling up to be helped. I couldn’t leave because there were cars behind me. Very frustrating.

  Generally very quick, and helpful staff. I personally wouldn't bank anywhere else in the tri-cities!!
