Chase Bank Reviews

Renee Tuttle5I have been a Chase customer for 8 years, but recently switched to the Tuscany Road 68 Pasco location. This location is under new Management! The new Branch Manager (Rose) has been with Chase for 9 years and recently took over this location. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable. I was greeted the moment I waked in the door. If you are a looking for a National bank with that small town feel/support, I would highly recommended going to the Tuscany Location to see Rose & her staff!!!

Virginia Prowler5On my 1st visit I was greeted by the new manager rose who welcomed me, & introduced herself as taking over the bank in June. I can’t speak to the other manager as I transferred from richland 2 pasco early july. But every time I visit, I am so pleased by the exceptional service I receive by rose, & the tellers. I’m retired, & need some extra help with mobile banking or bill payments, & the girls are always so sweet & help me. No matter how many times I come back in, they take care of me. Being greeted by my name always makes me feel special too.

Shelly5My Chase teller Joaquin Moreno did a great job, he was very patient, knowledgeable, and took all his time to tell us everything we needed to know. What a great employee

Carlos Villa1This place has horrible customer service! The branch Manager needs a ton of training and coaching to avoid the horrible experiences and interactions many long time Chase customers face at this branch. Today I moved all my banking to a local credit union after a decade of being loyal to Chase. Unfortunately Chase will continue to loose clients if training at this branch is not addressed.

Livix Inc1What a joke of a bank came to create a business account with one of my business partners. I spoke to the manager he scheduled me for it, when we got to the appointment he was nowhere to be found and the other person in charge said she could not do it, rescheduled us for a Saturday then when we called before we came in they canceled the appointment because the manager was taking the day off so we rescheduled again at noon, we showed up and she said she didn't have time for the third time. This is just horrible, who is running this joke of a bank? A bank like Chase honestly can't afford to hire responsible employees and know what they are doing? Is JP Morgan in financial trouble? What the heck is going on.....

Stevie Lemke1Seriously the worst bank ever. Employees aren’t consistent with their policies & they seem to change out employees rapidly so good luck with ever really knowing what your going to get here. If you have a policy, follow it 100% of the time, not when you feel like it. They are also rude. I regret choosing this bank to do business with, they really used to be awesome.

Gina Manderson5Brittney is one of the best in customer service, patient, knowledgeable explaining processes, wait times, etc, she also follows up from pending questions to aanswers. She genuinely cares for her customers she comes in contact with by acknowledging our names when she sees us. She is definitely a huge asset to Chase Bank on rd 68, Pasco, WA. While opening an account for my 84yr old mother, she took time to go step by step for my mother to understand. I encourage everyone to see Brittney when going to Chase on Rd 68. She is truly the best. Thank you Brittney. Gmm

David Miller1I've been waiting for aboit two and a half weeks for my new card to arrive in the mail "5-7 business days." We need access to our money. I also tried calling about five times but no answer, and I know they weren't on lunch so I really don't see an excuse. I also called the number on the card that my banker gave me and it was the same number as the branch itself. Really started to get angry here.
