  The customer service at this location is very unprofessional and extremely discouraging. I was interested in opening an account I was treated like I didn't have money. Its rude and disrespectful. I am going to be telling all my friends and family to never come to Gesa Credit Union.

  Terrible. I was originally with Inspirus and they were GREAT. Gesa is just terrible. Nothing is done right. One time, they took 20 DAYS to reflect my check on a payment to my HELOC. I also send messages online with some questions and if someone doesn't know the answer, it's IGNORED. How do I know this? I asked the exact same question again and had a simple question messaged. Simple one was answered, the real question I needed is still left without an answer. This was regarding a dispute. The local branch employees are still great, but their overall process can use a lot of work. Whoever is in charge of operation has not idea how logistics work to implement a procedure.

  Friendly staff and best customer service! That’s why I have banked with Gesa for well over 15 years! I also appreciate that they didn’t sell off my mortgage!

  Gesa has been a really great bank for me! The staff is exceptional, they know my name (promise I don't go their all the time) and they get to know everybody. Gesa mobile is great and the staff are always willing to answer my questions.

  Strongly recommend. Just moved to the area, and needed a new bank seeing as mine was 3 states away. I gave Gesa a try, and I'm very glad I did. They are friendly, very polite and helpful, and on top of all of that they are a very compelling Credit Union.

  The drive thru at the queensgate Richland location is so slow. Often I sit waiting for a person to show in the drive thru for 5 or more minutes. With drive thru the only option right now (covid) they really should have all hands on deck in the drive thru!

  No one seems to work in the drive thru anymore. They get done with the car in front of you and just leave. Does only one person work at this branch? The customer service used to be so good.

  These ladies kick but even when the conversion was going on they helped me as fast as they could. Poor phone people were jammed but love the location as I live right down the street. Thanks Justin
