Hussam Abdurrahman1The customer service at this location is very unprofessional and extremely discouraging. I was interested in opening an account I was treated like I didn't have money. Its rude and disrespectful. I am going to be telling all my friends and family to never come to Gesa Credit Union.

Joe Jung1Terrible. I was originally with Inspirus and they were GREAT. Gesa is just terrible. Nothing is done right. One time, they took 20 DAYS to reflect my check on a payment to my HELOC. I also send messages online with some questions and if someone doesn't know the answer, it's IGNORED. How do I know this? I asked the exact same question again and had a simple question messaged. Simple one was answered, the real question I needed is still left without an answer. This was regarding a dispute. The local branch employees are still great, but their overall process can use a lot of work. Whoever is in charge of operation has not idea how logistics work to implement a procedure.

Gabriella Harris5Gesa has been a really great bank for me! The staff is exceptional, they know my name (promise I don't go their all the time) and they get to know everybody. Gesa mobile is great and the staff are always willing to answer my questions.

Brenda Leners2The drive thru at the queensgate Richland location is so slow. Often I sit waiting for a person to show in the drive thru for 5 or more minutes. With drive thru the only option right now (covid) they really should have all hands on deck in the drive thru!
