      I have been going to Gerst tax since I was 19 years and got my first job and David has always done my taxes but the past few years I have not been able to get an appointment with him, they have me drop off my personal information in a box outside. I call and call and it like he refuses to see me to do my taxes. I have a hard time believing that when I call months in advance that I can’t get in appointment when I never had a problem all these years I’m now 35 years old so it’s been going to him a long time. It’s really upsetting I’m very disappointed in them so I will be taken my taxes somewhere else because I have no choice since they refuse to do them!
