  First Federal of Lakewood has handled all of my mortgages for over 40 years. The staff we have worked with are all terrific; friendly, efficient and helpful, most notably Kathy, first from the Rocky Rive office, then Fairview Park. Love doing business with a hometown, locally owned and managed bank.

  Would love for the lobby to open back up. Mike was not working properly in drivethru. Making it more timely to do transactions. Bring back the deposits slips so that is one less step they drive thru. As it is now I write notes

  Love the "hometown" feel of this branch. Small and friendly, but can provide you with ALL of the same services that the giant, impersonal banks do.

  Every experience here at this branch has always been great. Staff is friendly and helpful and offers options based on your needs. They're good at solving problems and knowledgeable about the bank and banking industry. I definitely recommend this branch and the whole first Federal of Lakewood branches in the area.

  Long time customer with numerous accounts, however my wife still cannot access the bill payment feature on line. Numerous emails with no response to fix. We did what was asked to fix but still not functioning

  I don’t know who Could give this place one star. Really?? I’ve worked with many different banks over 34 years as an attorney, and longer than that a personal account holder. I LOVE this bank! The people there are friendly, courteous, and professional. Great service AND great rates. It’s like community banks USED to be. Easy to use online services (including mobile deposits!), a drive up ATM, AND a drive thru window!!!
