  Wish they did not close at 4 o'clock. Makes it difficult to do business with them period . One day outta the week they stay open till 530 ridiculous to be honest

  I've never been inside, but my grandparents have used this place for years & seen a couple name changes as the credit union changed hands. As far as I know, they've never had any problems with them, & my grandmother's visit today went smoothly.

  Terrible experience. Went in to open an account stood in line 25 mins for them to tell me they don’t open accounts after a certain time. Which I was before that time waiting in line while the teller enjoyed off topic conversation with customer ahead of me.

  DOCO was great. Such a shame to lose a hometown credit union of 60 years with great service. Had NOTHING but problems since the merger. $7 cashier checks, can't remove an account user without completely closing and reopening an account, no more repo lot, the call center is horrible if you can even get someone to answer, app and online banking quit working, they were absolutely no help. Still cannot access my account after a week. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

  Just got a new car loan at DOCO. So far, I am not so sure the low interest rate is worth the hassle I am going through just to make my first payment. The website says open 9:00-5:00. So why is no one answering the phone? I Have been trying all day (tying up 2 seperate lines at my job just to get through to pay them some money). Sure would be nice to be able to pay it on-line, but that is not one of their options. There's no way for me to give a review on the customer service like everyone else has because I have not been able to talk to ANYONE !!!! Very Frustrated right now, so I probably need to wait a day or 2 to make an actual physical presence.

  Would not cash a check for me because my account is inactive. Greedy - told me i would have to deposit in my account.. I had literally no money and was starving, out of gas. I'm finding out how to close my account and making it happen immediately. I will never forgive them for this.

  I tolerate this company because of interest bearing checking account with no minimum balance and free checking. I am from New Jersey and I had never heard of a bank that will not allow you to make deposits through an ATM machine. They are closed more than open. Up north the banks are never close for 2 consecutive days. But this bank is closed for 3 days straight. Christmas eve, Christmas day and the day after. I tried to dispute a pending charge and the manager said that it would have to be posted first and then the company can refund me. What a joke. That's not a dispute and their customer service is a call center in east Albany. Now the state of GA has taken over and I will see what changes are made. Needs a new manager.

  Georgia Own Credit Union is a joke. They never can answer your questions and it takes forever to talk to someone. They dont have a local phone number. I am going to shut my account down. They is not worthy to hold my money.Some lady name Jaz put me on hold and forgot all about me.

  This is the most country, non-technological advanced financial institution I ever banked with. They might have good interest rates, but the loops you have jump are ridiculous. Their employees need better training, because none of them say the same thing the other has about your problem. Their 24 hour customer service is always down. To cancel a stolen card you have to call the Middle East and talk to someone who just learned English. Their over-the-phone customer service is rude and unhelpful. Definitely going to bank with a new bank that actually has a mobile app, unlike DOCO Credit Union...

  I only went inside once, but they gave me the wrong information on the phone causing me to make a blank trip. HOWEVER, I Always want to talk to Debbie when I call because she is always sweet and professional. Recently, a lady acted as if I didn't know what I was talking about so I knew I needed to call when Debbie was there.
