Cameron LaPresta1Been a member here for 3 years and have had OK service. They send me a letter and tell me they're "upgrading" my account but it'll cost 5 dollars a month! Oh but it's waived if you have a high balance with them. Don't waste your time and definitely do not pay them to hold your money! Better service and rates elsewhere.

Pauline LaPresta1Inconvenient hours for customers. They only provide one type of checking account now, and you have to keep a $4000 minimum if you don’t want to get charged a fee. Sorry I’m not a one percenter. They didn’t even try to keep me as a customer when I called to ask about other account options, and it took a minute for them to cancel all four of my accounts because they literally do not care about their customers. Switch to online banking, you’ll be much happier.

Matt R1Garbage. Closed on weekends, doesn't care about vets, and don't even waste your time applying for a loan.... It will always be denied. Much better banks around. Also, went to cash a paycheck Friday. They was closed. On a regular Friday. I tried to do the bank sharing option. Now my paycheck is still on hold, 4 days later, and no one will release it. No one will take the hold off. Really!?... Are these ppl foreal? Jus take your money and hold it for no reason??... And then refuse to take the hold off. I'm done with this joke of a bank.

Dormant and inactive account fees are charged by all banks and credit unions to hopefully prevent an account owners funds from being escheated to the State. We encourage our members to review their monthly statements, online or mobile banking frequently in order to question unusual account activity. Chris Kelly2#GeorgiaHeritageFederalCreditUnion Put up a screen so you can't see who you're talkin to @ the drive thru but they see you. This is not customer service. I asked the bank teller why they put this up she didn't know why... said that corporate just put it up a couple weeks ago. That's one story. Then I called customer service and she didn't know but would forward my message to a manager. Anyone remember when they closed the lobbies to the banks and you could only get a certain amount of money out of your account? Y'all see where I'm going with this? I had a manager call me back and tell me they're moving the ATM to the sidewall to be able to service it better. At first she made it sound like I put the screens up because there's construction behind there However when the construction is over she said they will not be removing the screen because they'll be stuff back there that they don't want people to see.

We’ve had many members comment on how much they like the wraps. Good news, all of our branches now, including most recently our Pooler branch, have 2 way monitors where our members can see our tellers. We found it necessary to wall off the drive up window at our Pooler and Lathrop location as we prepare for the installation of our new ATM and Interactive Teller Machine in lane 1. KASEY COLSTON5Everyone at GEORGIA HERITAGE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION is very helpful every time I go into the Credit Union. They let me set up a checking and Savings account for my 13 year old daughter. They have very good interest rates also. I have two major purchases with them and I am very pleased with the service. Keep up the great work!

George Tabakian5I have been a member of GHFCU since 1979. I have ALWAYS received about average service. Because the main branch that I have always used is inconveient to my Effingham residence, I was extremely excited to see a New Pooler Location. Since the opening of this branch in late 2012, I have used its services on several occassions. I have always been greeted in courteous manner, with fast reliable service. I continue bank with GHFCU.

donna Riner1I sat in the drive thru at the window for over 15 minutes waiting on someone to even acknowledge I existed.I blew the horn 2 different times and on the 2nd time I blew it longer & someone finally turned around and came over to the window.No apology until I complained that I had been sitting there over 15 minutes without being acknowledged & she said she was so sorry but they had a backlog in the lobby.I guess she doesnt realize I could see in the lobby from the drive thru window and there was 1 man at the counter the entire time.Totally unacceptable service.
