  Went in to pay off a loan on one vehicle and to buy out another vehicle that was leased. Terri was the best. Handled everything and made both transactions seamless. The interest rate was awesome and the customer service was the best I have received in a very long time. . I highly recommend Genisys Credit Union and Terri. Thank you.

  Diane has done every one of my auto loans. This time around we needed to jump on a really good deal on a car call her at 5 PM on a Friday and she has us approved within half an hour. We had a check the next morning. Unprecedented customer service, 20/10 recommend to anyone looking for straight forward baking and amazing customer service.

  I am a michigan 1st customer and has always been able to make deposits at here. However they had a atm difficult, took my cash and did not return it. It printed off a receipt to show technical difficulties. When I entered the branch they were no gap at all and told my to contact my other credit union. If you are not a member with them do not use there atm machines. Highly disappointed.

You can either contact your financial institution and they will reach out to us for the adjustment, which is our normal process, or if you come back in with the card and ID, we will make an exception and give you the money.   This was my first time using this credit union. I filled out the online application for an auto loan and was called back quickly by Leslie. Leslie was super helpful and upbeat. I was a little nervous about applying for a loan as I’m young. Leslie helped talk me through it. The rates were the best here then I received from two other credit unions. I would highly recommend Leslie, who helped me to get the loan within less then 48 hours. Also, they had nice safety precautions in office to prevent spread of covid. Thanks!

  Last week I secured an auto loan through this branch, I had Natasha process my loan, this is the second time I've had her process loans for me, both times were amazing, the whole process was seemless and smooth, she was very attentive and had answers for all my questions, I would highly recommend using this branch for any types of loans, highly professional staff! Genisys has the most competitive rates around

  The staff here is very knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and willing to get the job done. I took out my first automotive loan and the process was super streamlined. Once I gave them the information and paperwork needed they were able to get me approved and on the road in less than two weeks with reasonable APR and terms. The banking and auto-billing makes it so I'll never be late on a payment. Terrie and Kyle made sure everything was ready and I knew everything I needed to about my loan and loan process. They even communicated with my dealer and insurance company to make sure everything would get approved. Any time I need a hand, I know I can count on Genisys.
