  folks at the branch are nice, but if you have to call for an appointment, which you do if you have an HSA there, be ready to waste up to an hour on hold. Its ridiculous. There is a 1-800 number and a number with 513 area code, both keep you on hold forever. I am currently on hold for the third time today, first call was 10 minutes until I have up, second call was 14 minutes, this one is over 14 minutes....now I could skip scheduling an appointment and just walk in, but then you have to sit and wait for someone to deposit the money into the HSA accounts. Cant be done by a teller...frustrating.

  Very easy to work with and I love their interactive teller during business hours. You drive up like you are going to an ATM, but you get a live person on the screen which makes things personal. You also have an ATM card for after hours use.

  A little slice of heaven in the competitive banking world. If you are tired of being a nobody be a somebody at GE Credit Union. They care about you and your money, offer great rates for checking, savings, auto loans and all the other stuff that other banks offer, but with great customer service. Saira and Cody are wonderful and professional employees that are willing to assist you with whatever financial needs you have. Member of GECU for 7 years. Welcome to Northern Kentucky!
