  I called Polaris Home Funding early January 2019 and had told them I found a home that I loved but was having trouble getting a loan. My credit score was in the low 600s and I didn't have any money down. Leslie and Kristina coached me on how to get my score up and it went up in no time! From there I met with Ken Prost who was a really cool guy that explained everything that i needed to do. This was my first home purchase so I needed a lot of help! Ken was very knowledgeable about how to handle my situation and got a pre approval in no time. Ayla and Danielle kept me updated almost everyday with a call or an email. Yesterday we closed, the entire process didn't even take a month. If you are looking to buy a home get in touch with these people. There is no reason to even think about using anyone else!   We have been looking for a home for some time now and our realtor sent us listing but we didn't think we were ready. John Vincent (our realtor) tried to encourage us to just pick a home. If we would have trusted him, Polaris could have had us in a home last year when we moved a year ago. Ken Prost and his team, were very knowledgeable and guided us through a worry free buying experience. Mr. Prost saught out every money saving avenue he knew, including grants that would pay for portions of our final cost.   Highly recommend. They listen, stay in contact and help you through the entire process. Above all they treat you like family. Danielle recently helped my daughter develop a easy to follow plan to help her improve her credit score. What this means is she will qualify to buy her own home in less than a year. They really do care about making your dreams come true and more about funding they are advocates.

  These people are great and passionate about what they do for you. First time homeowner because of them. Process was quick and easy and they were very understanding and helpful with providing knowledge to my specific needs. They basically take care of everything. Quick to respond and you can always call during business hours and reach someone. Recommend these professionals to anyone looking to buy a house.

  Ken and his team, including the receptionist, were kind, professional and responsive from the beginning of the process to the end.... even after their job was done. There was a minor hiccup on the day of closing (not Polaris's fault) and Ken answered his phone at 8pm on a Friday night to help resolve the issue. Tell me one big bank that offers that type of customer service. I HIGHLY recommend.
