  Gene Perez was knowledgeable,committed and direct in helping me with my refinance. I had to take care of a few things, but Gene pointed me in the right direction and I was able to become qualified, no problem.   Gene helped refinance our mortgage and got us the best rate possible when another mortgage company said it was not possible because of our dept to ratio situation. He worked very hard to accomplish a great mortgage rate. He could do this because he knows the mortgage industry. I cannot say enough positive things about Gene. Honest, professional, great communication skills. We are very happy we found him.

  Thank You Gene Perez we hit a home run (no pun intended)as the 3rd realtor we worked with in the search for buying our first home. The first 2 realtors we worked with struck out as they did not have the Gene factor. Fortunately for us we finally found someone like Gene who worked hard for us,went out of his way answered all of our questions,KNEW exactly the type of home we wanted and would keep us informed of any new properties on the market and working with VA loan out of the state wasn't easy but he still managed to get us answers at the end of the day. He was readily available to work with our busy schedules. His professionalism and honest approach help ease a lot of the concerns about the purchase of our home.
