  Bunch of jerks forcing you to suffocate with a face mask that the CDC admits doesn't do much for your health. Can't hear them with all that mumbling... but very insulting to my dad to close his account. He has a medical reason to not wear a mask, and they wouldn't respect it! Lawsuit!

  Never have had any problems. Ask urself this: what bank is going to GIVE you a free $2,000.00 life insurance? No gimmicks, honest. You can buy more insurance that they offer but this $2,000 death/medical insurance is free! Not to mention they are open Saturday 10am-1pm. The insurance was presented to me after a few months after i opened my account thru the mail by surprise. I also was offered a $5,000 credit MasterCard thru them via mail because of my outstanding credit/never have been late for any payments on all my credit cards/finances, thought it was a interest attached deal but it ain't and I got it a week after applying. What bank does this kind of service/offers balance transfers w/o high interest rate on them & the card overall? LOVE this bank! 10 🌟 rating if I could.

  Waiting on the phone to make my loan payments for over 20 minutes now. I'm a truck driver so I can't just walk in, so they are making me late for my delivery just so I can pay them.

We do offer a call back option for your convenience as well as free alternate methods of payment available online. Our mobile app and online banking portal are popular options if you have deposit accounts with CoastHills.   I like how they are fully staff. I just don't like to be called the next number. The tellers do not greet. "Can I help the next number."
