  Wells Fargo needs to do a better job with teller services. They need to have more tellers and someone else on call. The security man is helping customers with banking questions, really? That is not his job. They take advantage because they know people need to do business with them. Very disappointed and that is why I do not have my personal accounts here.

  I would like to say that I really love this bank. I came in with a incident with Chase and they were willing to help me out even though I was not a Wells Fargo customer. They are really welcoming from when you walk in. Gustavo, a the banker who helped me open a new account, was really welcoming and showed his sincere care for me and my overall financial being. He walked me through all the steps of opening my new account and of course all the benefits. If I was confused he went back to square 1 and didn't mind explaining the situation a different way. Another thing that also stood out was his Customer Support. He called me the next day to follow up on my new account and if I had any questions. I have dealt with 5 previous checking banks but this stood out to me the most. I can tell he is really serious about his job and really cares for his customers. Thank you for being the bank the stands out the most out of the rest of the banks. If you ever need somebody to help you with opening a new Wells Fargo bank account, Gustavo is the best there is.

  Made an appointment with banker 3 times they did not specify what needed to open account last time I when inside manager told me I didn't have an appointment took time off work for nothing

  Went to go ask a question about my account, was told to take a seat and had to walk out after nobody came 20mins later, worst bank
