  We came from another one of our banks that had blatantly wasted my and my husband’s time. We walked in, were greeted with a smile, discussed we needed notary services, had barely enough time to sit down before Sheyla called us back to see us. She was prompt and friendly and maximized our time to get our documents notarized. A+ service and a very pleasant time for us all.

  I have been banking with Genco for about 10 years now, and after what I experienced today at Woodway, I will now close my account. I was never greeted at all, they just immediately proceeded to give me a hard time for attempting to deposit my teenage son's check into my account (which I have done before without any problems). But now all of the sudden he needs his own account? When asked why all of the sudden I was not allowed to do this when I have done it before, they could not give me an answer.

  Being a loyal member means nothing to Genco, it's all about how much money they can make off you.If you ever need a loan you might as well go down the street to one of them pay day loan establishment.
