  They were great. I was particularly taken aback at the price of the services. I always expect dealerships to be exceptionally higher priced for things like oil changes or tire rotations. I found that here the prices for the services are very reasonable. The crew was very pleasant. They were considerate and answered my questions. They were considerate of my request and while they did recommend some services they didn't try to pressure me or upsell me. I'm very pleased with the overall service. Great job.

  I went to Greg May Hyundai on July 9th, 2020 and bought my daughter an SUV from them and traded in her car. I signed the paperwork that day and they were going to have to send it to my husband bc he was working in another state, all seemed good. The following week they called me and advised me I would have to come back in and resign the paperwork bc it was done wrong. So on July 16, 2020, I go back down to Waco and resigned the paperwork and they send my husband the paperwork and he signs it, again all seemed good. Then last week (August 17, 2020) they call me and tell me we have to come in again and resign the paperwork for a THIRD time. By this time I am angry bc they have not sent the payoff for the car we traded in and I am getting calls from the bank we financed my daughter's original car through. Keep in mind I have never missed a payment on it and now since they haven't sent the payoff to the bank it shows I have now missed a payment which goes on my credit. I am very disappointed and angry with my dealings with them.

  Buying a car can be super stressful, but the men at Greg May Hyundai have a talent for easing the process. They were packed with customers and we waited a while to be served, our patience was awarded with an amazing deal. I am personally grateful for the kindness and professionalism I was shown today, and even more grateful for the trade-in price they gave me. I will definitely be giving them more of my business.

  On the 15th my air conditioner went out on 2020 Palisade 22,000 miles. Husband drove 1 hr to Waco location in 100 degree heat to have things checked out service dept said compressor needs replaced Ok so parts “ordered” should be in today Monday 21st So didn’t hear from them so I started calling took 5 different times trying to reach anyone at dealership Finally asked to talk to service manager who proceeded to say no part was ever ordered WTF…. Poor service department who can’t follow through with getting factory parts (car still under factory warranty)!!!!! So now hopefully parts come Friday to yet make another hot trip to Waco

  We just purchased our second vehicle from Greg May Hyundai and our experience was as exceptional as the first!   The service department, from my experience, has greatly improved. Melissa Price (service adviser) has markedly shown a difference from previous advisers and mechanics in the three years I’ve come to Hyundai-Waco. Through screwups - forgetting to order parts for warranty work, oil change only 3/4 filled, incorrect computer input on mileage by 22,000 miles that wasn’t corrected when requested - I definitely felt Hyundai-Waco was poorly represented. There seems to be a different service department attitude since my previous visits, be it the service director, the service advisors, the mechanics. Whatever the case may be, thanks for the provided service, and thanks Dylan for the advice!
